Beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished , this roomy villa set on three levels has a variety of relaxation and dining options, so everyone in the party will be happy. There are two fully fitted kitchens and a huge terrace with dining table and chairs and also coffee table and chairs overlooking the swimming pool, you can sit in comfort whilst the children swim in the pool and play in the extensive grounds There is also a good sized balcony with sea views en- suite to the bedroom on the 2nd floor for quiet relaxation. 
 
Set in a prestigious area, you can enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet. In fact it is such a comfortable villa that you may not feel the need to go too far. 
 
The Costa del Sol/Malaga region 
Spain's `sunshine coast' is one of Europe's favourite holiday destinations. With an average of 320 days of blue sky annually, it is perfect as a summer holiday or as a winter destination for golfers, walkers and those wishing to pursue out -door activities. Families are particularly well catered for, with myriad attractions, restaurants and of course miles of beaches. Children are not just tolerated but welcomed by the friendly Spanish people.  
 
Despite the march of development, the area still has the ambience of Andalucía, the most `Spanish' of all regions and you do not have to venture far from your holiday home to encounter local ferias, fiestas and romerias - the scent of Jasmine is in the air, inexpensive wine is flowing freely- come and enjoy! 
 
 
 
Fuengirola / Campo Mijas area 
This is the most family orientated of all the Costa del Sol resorts with a variety of children's attractions on the doorstep including the ever popular Aqua Parque Mijas and Fuengirola Zoo , one of the most modern in Spain and well worth a visit even for adults. 
 
Central Fuengirola is lively in the summer and people congregate on the promenade in the evenings, you can see street artistes doing all kinds of art, including fantastic sand modelling and musicians performing. 
There are a wide variety of excellent restaurants with 3 course set menus for around 6-7 Euro and lots of bars from Chic to Karaoke at realistic prices. 
 
If you prefer it a bit more peaceful head for the Sohail Castle end of the town where you can stroll beside the sea with the beautiful backdrop of the castle lit up in the red glow of the sunset. 
 
In-expensive flights available via Easyjet- Jet2.com - Monarch - BMI- and many many more. Globespan now fly from Edinburgh. Flights to Malaga are no more than 2.5 - 3 hours from most of Europe

Further details indoors: The whole villa is fitted with brand new Infra Red Air conditioning units that can also heat in the winter. Bathroom to the apartment has underfloor heating. In the "tower" is a very snug circular lounge with feature fireplace. The apartment is on the lower level and can be kept completely separate. It has a lounge/dining room, sitting room, 2 double bedrooms and a bedroom with bunk beds which can sleep 3. It has it's own kitchen and shower room.

The garden has a large lawned area for sunbathing or playing. and a great fruit garden to the rear of the property, book quickly to pick the fruit before it all goes. 
Sun loungers are provided 
Adjacent to the pool is a small balustraded seating area and built in tiled seating we have also just recently built a beautiful decking area for additional sun lounging  
There is a pool shower.

Deposit of 25% of rental charge due on booking (by credit card) along with Booking Form to secure reservation. Balance must be paid eight weeks prior to arrival. Refundable breakages deposit of 250euros required at the same time; to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Due to the high maintenance costs, the villa is only booked on a minimum of a week basis but we are happy to accept bookings of any combination of days or weeks after this. Should you require additional cleaning or laundry or maid service during your stay it is vital that u let us know at the time of booking. Sorry No Animals.
