This is a fantastic property, only a few minutes walk from a great selection of reasonably priced bars and restaurants. Comfortably sleeps 8 people (excluding small children as there is plenty of room for cots) with many single beds for split parties. The Villa has 2 large twin bedrooms and two double bedrooms (one en-suit). The kitchen is well fitted and suitable for large parties. At the side of the property are two further terraces with shade to enjoy those warm balmy nights whilst sipping wine or dining Al fresco. The gate on the side wall leads to the pool area which has a split level for the children's use and a lovely sundeck for sunbathing. To the front of the property is a garden (grassed area) for the children and a large trampoline, secured by gates. The living room is spacious, comfortable and light with full width patio windows. The master bedroom is spacious with plenty of wardrobe space (walk-in and en-suite shower room .The kitchen has a private terrace to take breakfast or a final glass of wine before bed . In the grounds you will have a BBQ area to enjoy outdoor cooking in the sunshine.

With an average of 320 days of blue sky annually, it is perfect as a summer holiday or as a winter destination for golfers, walkers and those wishing to pursue out -door activities. Families are particularly well catered for, with myriad attractions, restaurants and of course miles of beaches. Children are not just tolerated but welcomed by the friendly Spanish people.  
 
Despite the march of development, the area still has the ambience of Andalucía, the most `Spanish' of all regions and you do not have to venture far from your holiday home to encounter local ferias, fiestas and romerias - the scent of Jasmine is in the air, inexpensive wine is flowing freely- come and enjoy! 
 
 
 
Fuengirola / Campo Mijas area 
This is the most family orientated area in the Costa del Sol with a variety of children's attractions on the doorstep including the ever popular Aqua Parque Mijas and Fuengirola Zoo , one of the most modern in Spain and well worth a visit even for adults. 
The small village of La Cala de Mijas has a lovely child friendly seafront with lifeguards in summer, the beach is very clean with children's play areas and also wheelchair access right on to the sand. Just off the beach is the 11th century watchtower with an interesting display of artefacts and old photos of the coast prior to development with a great view from the top of the tower. 
Try the fantastic Hippodrome, horse racing with a twist. races start at 22.30 in summer ,with singing, dancing and children's activities. 
 
Central Fuengirola is lively in the summer and people congregate on the promenade in the evenings, you can see street artistes doing all kinds of art, including fantastic sand modelling and musicians performing. 
There are a wide variety of excellent restaurants with 3 course set menus for around 6-7 Euro and lots of bars from Chic to Karaoke at realistic prices. 
If you prefer it a bit more peaceful head for the Sohail Castle end of the town where you can stroll beside the sea with the beautiful backdrop of the castle lit up in the red glow of the sunset.  
 
In-expensive flights available via Easyjet- Jet2.com - Monarch - BMI- and many many more. Globespan now fly from Edinburgh. Flights to Malaga are no more than 2.5 - 3 hours from most of Europe

Deposit of 25% of rental charge due on booking (by credit card) along with Booking Form to secure reservation. Balance must be paid eight weeks prior to arrival. Refundable breakages deposit of 250euros required at the same time; to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). English-and Spanish speaking representative available locally. Please ensure you have adequate holiday insurance. Due to the high maintenance costs, the villa is only booked on a minimum of a week basis but we are happy to accept bookings of any combination of days or weeks after this. Should you require additional cleaning or laundry or maid service during your stay it is vital that u let us know at the time of booking. Sorry No Animals.
