Mijas Tennis gardens is a residential complex with sunny communal swimming pool. It is just a two minute walk from the famous Lew Hoad tennis club. The villa is only 20 mins by car from Malaga and 4 km from Mijas to the North, and 4 km from fuengirola to the South.  
The villa provides a wonderful base for exploring Andalucia. Sevilla is under three hours y car, Ronda just two hours and Marbella only half an hour.  
Malaga the provintial capital offers great shopping, a vast choice of restaurants, and exciting cultural outings...The Picasso musseum being a must together with the hill top arab fortress Alcazaba. 
If you just want to relax and take in the scenary and the sun thats great too. Mijas village and the costal resort of Fuengirola can be easy reached by local bus. The coast line towards Malaga is served by a frequent train services from Fuengirola which also stops at the airport. 
The villa is within walking distance of a number of restaurtants and the Danish commercial centre. All the facilities of the Lew Hoad tennis club are open to the public. 
Visiting our of peak season gives you the opportunity to enjoy the best of Andalucia without the heat. It is an ideal time for travelers who want to explore and experience the real Spain. Easter brings "passion" 
processions, May an enjoyable fiesta of world food, drink and culture. October is Fuengirola feria, a huge sreet party when you can join the Spanish in party mode and attend many traditional activities. 
The villa is spacious with full gas heating and an open fire place. There is air conditioning, satalite English TV and radio plus a DVD player. The well appointed kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and hobb (there is a washing machine on the second floor). The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The other two spacious bedrooms have two single beds and share a bathroom. A folding bed is also available if required. There is a roof terrace and a small garden at the back of the house.

    1.Your booking will be confirmed once your 200€ deposit and signed booking form have been received. 2.Payment of Balance due must be received 8 weeks before the date of arrival. 3.Cancellations by the client: any payments made will be Non-returnable. 4.Insurance: guests are advised to have adequate medical and travel insurance. 5.Circumstances beyond our control: we cannot accept liability for changes, delays or cancellations due to any circumstances beyond our control, such as transport breakdown, strikes, Acts of God, floods, fire, terrorist activity, bad weather, etc. 7.Holding deposit: A deposit of 200€ will be required as a Holding Deposit against any damage or loss of keys incurred by yourselves. On your departure, it will be returned in full - less any deductions. 8.Bookings are normally from 2pm on day of arrival till 10am on day of departure.
