There is a separate toilet / cloak room on this level. 
Lower level: three large bedrooms all with ample storage. Two very spacious double rooms both en suite and furnished with beautiful Spanish rustic designs, handmade in nearby Ronda. Bedroom one – the en suite bathroom contains large bath and separate shower and double sink with toilet and bidet. 
Bedroom two – the en suite bathroom has a corner shower cubicle with a sink and toilet. With a seating area and lovely garden view.

1.Your booking will be confirmed once your 200€ deposit and signed booking form have been received. 2.Payment of Balance due must be received 8 weeks before the date of arrival. 3.Cancellations by the client: any payments made will be Non-returnable. 4.Insurance: guests are advised to have adequate medical and travel insurance. 5.Circumstances beyond our control: we cannot accept liability for changes, delays or cancellations due to any circumstances beyond our control, such as transport breakdown, strikes, Acts of God, floods, fire, terrorist activity, bad weather, etc. 7.Holding deposit: A deposit of 200€ will be required as a Holding Deposit against any damage or loss of keys incurred by yourselves. On your departure, it will be returned in full - less any deductions. 8.Bookings are normally from 2pm on day of arrival till 10am on day of departure.
