3 bedroom/2bathroom bungalow style villa with private pool and garden facing south. Wireless internet included.
Vacation Rental Description
This villa is very spacious and very well maintained. There are 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The lounge is very spacious with a dining area and a breakfast bar leading onto an open plan spacious kitchen with a utility room. Two of the bedrooms have patio doors leading onto garden, terrace and pool. The lounge has two sets of patio doors, one onto garden and one onto BBQ area. The main bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite full bathroom and the other two bedrooms (one double and one twin) share the other full bathroom. The lounge has an open fireplace, flat screen television with all English channels, DVD player and stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and there is a washing machine in the utility room. All the villa has airconditioning/heating. A router is now installed to offer all guests wireless internet for their laptop, iphone and i pad.
The garden is private and faces south with sunloungers and garden furniture. The kidney shaped pool is a private pool for only the guests of the villa.
This villa is approx. 7 minutes drive from Fuengirola and 3 minutes drive from the nearest shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a chemist and pizza takaway nearby. Mijas Pueblo is about 10 minutes drive. If you are a golf lover there are numerous golf courses within easy reach of the villa.

This villa is very conveniently located. It is in a very quiet location but is a very short 7 minute drive to the beach and Fuengirola. There are restaurants, bars and supermarkets within a 3 minute drive. It is also very secure and private as there are private electric gates which can only be opened with the security code and the villa is at the bottom of the driveway. A car is highly recommended for this villa. Travel Options

- Nearest Train Station : Fuengirola at 3 kilometers distance
- Nearest Town : Fuengirola at 3 kilometers distance
- Travel Info: We do recommend a car for this villa as it makes it easier to go shopping, visit the local beaches, bars and restaurants. The nearest supermarket, restaurant and bars are about 15 minutes walk, which is a very pleasant in off season but during July and August it would probably be too hot.

beautiful villa. exactly as described on the website.great facilities and very clean. the owners were brilliant, very helpful and friendly. second to none! would highly recommend this villa to any one we know. an assortment of restaurants and bars within a 10 min walk.
we had an excellent week, spending most of the time at the villa as our son was recovering from an operation, and the owners, linda and pat, put themselves out by helping us hire a wheelchair and by providing our son with extra games and entertainment.
having a car would be beneficial.
mijas is a 10 min car journey and is well worth a visit.
fuengirola has all the bars and clubs if thats what you like, el coto is alot more laid back.

My wife and I took our 2 children (one aged 9 months, and one 5 years) to Villa Higueras for an 8 day break and were delighted from start to finish.
A comfortable, spacious villa quietly tucked away from any noise yet close enough to shops and restaurants... perfect. The villa is superbly well equipped, very clean, homely - and our 5 year old loved the pool (as did we!) not to mention the table tennis!
Linda you made us feel very welcome and comfortable to just relax and enjoy our holiday, many thanks. For anyone reading this, I highly recommend choosing villa Higueras

Peace an Quiet

We have been renting in this area for some 15 years and this property was by far the best for our needs. The peace and quiet was extraordinary compared to other areas. At night there only the sound of the breeze rustling the eucalyptus leaves. If you want peace, quiet and privacy plus security- difficult to find here - this is the place to be. Inside the villa was extremely well equipped and a problem with the TV was immediately repaired by the owners. Any query was immediately dealt with. I can give no better compliment than to say that after a couple of days it felt like home. There is easy access on to all the main roads and shopping areas, eating places and the front at Fuengirola.
We were there in November when the evenings were chilly but the house warmed up quickly. We frequently ate in and the kitchen had every utensil we required. I would recommend this property compared to others we have stayed in. You do need transport

Overall, a superb villa. We stayed 6 weeks. Found the amenities to a high standard. Any problems we did have, which were minor, were rectified by owners promptly. The house was adequately heated in the evenings. It was extremely clean and comfortable. We had our grandchildren stay and a travel cot plus high chair were supplied.
Would recommend Dom Pe in Fuengirola for a special evening out ,Malaga for a day trip and Benalmadena Pueblo for a simple lunch in the square.
Surrounding golf courses quite pricey with few offers.Try La Resina between Marbella and Estepona for a good 9 hole course. Friendly staff and good food. Very accomodating.

My name is Linda and my husband is called Patrick, we have owned this villa for 10 years. We look after the villa personally and we always ensure that the villa is perfectly maintained and in excellent condition. THis winter we have redecorated the whole villa and also put in many new modern appliances including a flat screen tv. We are always available should we be required for anything at all.
Before we came to Spain we had a 17 bedroomed hotel in Cornwall which we sold to come to Spain where we have lived very happily with our dog and two cats.
