The apartment is just 15 minutes from Malaga airport, and is located close to the well known white village of Mijas, with its narrow streets, lined with bars, shops and restaurants. Just 5 mins. drive, is Fuengirola, one of the best known resorts on the Costa del Sol, with its beaches, restaurants, bars & nightlife.  
This light & sunny 1 bed. apartment is situated in the Lew Hoad Tennis Village . The facilities of the club are open to non members, with both pay & play paddel and tennis courts, gym, bar & restaurant only a 2 min. walk from the apartment. A number of other restaurants are within a 2 minute drive.  
This good sized apartment is approached via a private secure courtyard.  
There is an open plan living room, with kitchen area. Sitting area with sky TV, dual aspect windows, and French door to the full width private terrace,which overlooks mature trees. There is a dining table and chairs, and the kitchen area has electric oven, hob, microwave and fridge. There is a separate automatic washing machine.  
The fully tiled bathroom has wc. washbasin and bath with shower. The spacious bedroom also has doors to the terrace, and has twin beds, and ample wardrobe space. The apartment also benefits from airconditioning which provides heating for the winter.  
The apartment is on a corner, and is not overlooked. It offers both sun and shade throughout the day, as it benefits from both front & rear terrace.  
There is secure parking, and a well maintained community pool with sunbeds.

    1.Your booking will be confirmed once your 100€ deposit and signed booking form have been received. 2.Payment of Balance due must be received 8 weeks before the date of arrival. 3.Cancellations by the client: any payments made will be Non-returnable. 4.Insurance: guests are advised to have adequate medical and travel insurance. 5.Circumstances beyond our control: we cannot accept liability for changes, delays or cancellations due to any circumstances beyond our control, such as transport breakdown, strikes, Acts of God, floods, fire, terrorist activity, bad weather, etc. 7.Holding deposit: A deposit of 100€ will be required as a Holding Deposit against any damage or loss of keys incurred by yourselves. On your departure, it will be returned in full - less any deductions. 8.Bookings are normally from 2pm on day of arrival till 10am on day of departure.
