The villa is on one level, with three bedrooms, master bedroom with ensuite, family bathroom, lounge/dining area small hallway, kithen with door leading out to garden, patio doors from lounge leading to very mature pretty garden, private swimming pool which is children friendly, there is and entrance gate from main street, and garage with electric door, also sea views.
The beach is only 5-10 min walk so to are facilities such as reastaurants, local supermarket, taxi base, public transport,easy reach to La Cala which has many more restaurants, banks with ATM machines, exchange place, and has a market every Wednesday and Saturday.

There are cieling fans in all rooms by one which has a stand up fan, for the winter there are electric fires in all rooms, in main bedroom there is a television and DVD player,a small sterio player to play CDs,cleaning and linen is provided but with extra cost.

Bookings over three weeks will receive a discount that will be agreed with owner. £200 damage deposit payable with balance six weeks prior to arrival (this damage deposit) is refunded after property change over, within 7 days of departure. Cancellation refunds as follows: 6 weeks notice full refund less booking fee. 4 weeks notice 50% refund less booking fee. Less than two weeks notice no refund. Not included is change over linen or cleaning. One set towels and lining provided if change required cost will be £50. High Chair and Travel Cot available at 25.00 pounds sterling per week.
