Vacation Rental Description
This beutiful villa is set in its own ground with a private pool fully equipped kitchen TV with sky facillities air conditioning . There is also seperate studio apartment that can be rented with the house or on its own. If one part of the propert is let then the other is left vcant for you privacy.The villa has three terraces all southerly facing. Terrace and poolside dining area also a bult in B-B-Q and poolside sunbathing. The villa is a short walk from shops,restaurants and Bars. A 24 hour supermarket is 500 meters down the road.
Facilities
The Master Bedroom is very spacious with its own flat screen TV and has an en suite bathroom and its own terrace with views of the sea. and surrounding area. The second Bedroom is also a double room with its own terrace with sea views and the surrounding area The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds for children and/or adults. With views of the sea. There is a second shower room shared with the second bedroom. The villa has a large fully fitted and fully equipped kitchen with access door to the pool area and garden. A separate dining area with access to the terrace overlooking the pool. A beutifuly furnished lounge with satalite TV DVD and Hi Fi System. With access to the terrace for outdoor dining overloooking the pool area. By the pool there is a self contained poolside Studio apartment that sleeps 4 with a double bed and a sofa bed, shower room and kitchen area with breakfast bar hob and refridgerator with equipment for 4 people.
Activities
The villa is within a short walk of shops, restaurants, beach and bus service. A short drive to golf courses and tennis club.
To the East along the coast Fuengirola is 15 minute drive and to the west is Gibralta aprox 1 hours drive where you can see the famouse monkeys and visit the wartime tunnels and local tax free shopping.

Strictly no smoking except on the balcony Refundable breakages deposit of £250 required on arrival, to be refunded on day of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% Deposit required on booking with remainder paid 6 weeks prior to holiday starting date. 50% of deposit non refundable if booking is cancelled. All deposit non refundable if cancelled within three months of comencment of holiday 50% of total cost of holiday non refundable if cancelled within 10 days of commencment of holiday.
