Miraflores is one of the most beautiful resorts in southern Spain. Located 16km from Marbella, its toes are in the Mediterranean looking toward Morocco.

The townhouse is set in a stunning residential garden development built in typical Andalusian pueblo style; lush gardens and sparkling waterfalls surround you, wherever you are.

This duplex townhouse at Miraflores has a spacious lounge/dining area with large, picture window with inset patio doors leading on to the patio area which overlooks beautiful gardens. It has 3 large, comfortable, settees, centred around a coffee table, in front of a working fireplace, and a 28” Satellite TV, DVD and CD player.

At the one end of the living room there is a dining table with 8 dining chairs, which is adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted with ample storage space and well equipped for self-catering, including fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave dishwasher and washing machine.
The master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom with, shower, double washbasins and toilet,
The two other double bedrooms, have twin beds they are both light and bright, they each have fully fitted wardrobes and bedside tables.
There is a spacious family bathroom with large shower, washbasin and toilet. Also on the ground floor there is a further Toilet and washbasin

The mature,attractively planted shared garden provides a gorgeous outlook from the house.
There is a private car park space attached to the property

The townhouse is conveniently located close to the tennis courts and bowling greens. The pool is a one minute walk from the house (free sun-beds are available) there is also a children’s area in the pool.

There are some 39 golf courses on the Costa del Sol, many within a twenty minute drive.

Shops, banks, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are all nearby.
The property is just a five-minute walk to the quiet beach.
This property is perfect for a relaxing holiday with the family or friends, and a car is not essential as all amenities are within walking distance

Miraflores Resort is just 25 minutes from Malaga Airport or 60 minutes from Gibraltar.
The main bus route from Malaga/Marbella - Marbella/Fuengirola is only a 5-minute walk away, as is the beach.

The famous resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 25 minutes travel. Where you may wish to wander around the Old Town or just relax in one of the many bars and restaurants at the harbour side and watch the beautiful people stroll by. The shopping is also fabulous.

The resort of Fuengirola is only 20 minutes in the opposite direction and has all the beach and night life you could possibly wish for, which include discos, bars and fabulous restaurants. There is also a zoo, Water Park and miles of beautiful sandy beach.

Fuengirola holds the biggest street market in Andalusia on a Tuesday.

The small town nearby called La Cala Mijas, has a lovely beach and lots of bars and restaurants. There is a local market twice a week and weekly horse racing at the Hipperdrome.
