Luxury first floor apartment, fully air conditioned with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms – one en suite. The apartment is tastefully furnished throughout with high standard furniture. Fully fitted integrated kitchen with fridge freezer, oven and hob. Master bedroom has a king-size bed and walk in wardrobes and patio doors leading onto the terrace. The en suite bathroom has a vanity unit, toilet, bath and shower. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and built in wardrobes. Family bathroom has a vanity unit, toilet, bath and shower. The lounge has a leather sofa and 2 chairs, TV and TV unit - patio doors lead onto the large terrace overlooking the pool and golf course. The dining area has table with 4 chairs. There is a table and 4 chairs on the terrace with beautiful views of the Mediterranean. The golf clubhouse is 2 minutes walk away, where you can relax and have a meal and drink. The apartment is 5 minutes drive to the un spoilt village of La Cala. Here you can find numerous restaurants, bars and supermarkets. La Cala beach is central to La Cala which is well cared for with clean soft sand. Sunbeds and parasols are available for rental. Volleyball and a childrens playground are also on the beach. The Hippodrome is only a few km’s from La Cala which has horse racing every week throughout the summer and includes lots of entertainment around the track. As well as Calanova Golf course there are 20 other courses within driving distance. The Aqua Park, Go Karting, Dolphin Center, Fuengirola Zoo are nearby. The resorts of Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Calahonda and Marbella are a short drive away. 
Malaga Airport is approximately 35 km (20minutes) drive from the apartment. 
The apartment is in a secure gated community with security video intercom, and underground parking. The apartment has a communal pool together with 4 other pools on site.  
We have an English speaking management company – the representatives are available 24 hours a day. An information pack is provided in the apartment. 
A representative will greet you on your arrival to show you around the apartment and answer any questions that you may have. 
Welcome packs can be arranged should you require one. 
Although smoking is omitted in the apartment, smoking is allowed on the terrace.

    A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. Water, Electricity, Heating and Air Conditioning is included in the price, however a refundable deposit of £100.00 is required to cover breakages, excess use of electricity, any excess cleaning or loss of keys. This deposit is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure and is returned on receipt of the keys. Departure 10:30am / Check in 2:00pm or by arrangement. Accepted payment methods = cheque or bank transfer
