Just at the entrance to the apartment is the famous Davis Ledbetter Golf Academy and from the terrace, fantastic views of the 3 courses which make up La Cala Hills Golf Course, the biggest golf resort in the Costa del Sol. The principal facilities within the estate include a luxury hotel, Caracala Spa, the clubhouse, three 18-hole golf courses and a six hole par 3 'executive' course.  
The apartment has 3 large bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed with a large en suite with walk in shower and a walk in closet with plenty of storage space. A second bedroom with two single beds with another large en suite bathroom and a third bedroom with two single beds and plenty of closet space. There is a toilet with shower enclosure, large eat in kitchen with all appliances and dishes etc, a patio door leading to and enclosed terrace to the back of the property. The spacious lounge has a double sofa bed, satellite TV with Sky package, a dining table to seat six people, sliding patio door leading to a large terrace looking over the golf course, community gardens and pool.
