The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fan oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and extractor hood. The open plan and spacious lounge/diner leads onto vast 'wrap around' terraces surrounding the whole apartment. English SKY box. 
The master bedroom has a king size bed, built in wardrobes(including safe)and en-suite bathroom with full bath, shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have 2 x single beds and there is a 2nd full bathroom.The apartment has full air conditioning and heating for year round comfort and underground car parking space.  
The attractive complex has large communal gardens which hosts 2 large swimming pools, 2 childrens pools, 2 paddle Tennis Courts and 2 childrens recreation areas. There are also 2 supermarkets, a gift shop selling fresh bread and cakes daily and a bar on the complex and a local spanish restaurant just across the road. Immediatley adjacent to the complex is a lovely 'tapas bar' set in beautiful pine trees with bbq facilities.  
The complex is a few minutes ride away from the beautiful village of La Cala De Mijas and there are extensive shopping facilities available within a 10 minute drive on the complex including the Myramar shopping complex with an excellent Eroski supermarket, huge variety of shops and boutiques and multi cinema showing English version films. Close by is the Mijas Aquapark, a sure hit for the children and nearby Fuengirola has an excellent Zoo. Close by is the famous Hipodromo horse racing circuit and Marbella and Puerto banus are a mere 15 abd 20 minute drive from our lovely apartment.  
Due to its fabulous location in the heart of 'golf Valley' and its proximity to the resorts of Fuengirola and la La Cala de Mijas La Hacienda is the ideal destination for both golf and beach lovers alike.
