The villa is situated on an exclusive resort with 24-hour security close to the main coat road between Fuengirola and Marbella. It was completely refurbished in 2006 and furnished to a high standard. Upstairs is light and airy with two double bedrooms and two twin rooms. All rooms have efficient ceiling fans and shuttered full-length windows. There is one en-suite and one family bathroom, both with baths and showers over. The main bedroom has a safe for your use and there is a travel cot and high chair provided for infants. The spacious lounge diner has leather sofas and chairs and two sets of patio doors opening onto a front terrace, where there is parking for one car. The television has Sky and there is also a DVD player and stereo system. The kitchen is well-equipped with fridge freezer and dishwasher and there is a laundry room with a washer dryer. There is also a downstairs toilet and large enclosed rear patio that overlooks a communal pool. The patio is fully furnished with tables and chairs and two barbecues.

A car is not essential as most amenities are within walking distance, Fuengirola's town centre is a leisurely 15 min stroll along the coast. The villa has front and rear sun terraces and private parking. It is also suited to golf groups as many good courses are within easy driving distance.

A £100 deposit secures a booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before your holiday. Cheques are acceptable as payment. A £100 breakages deposit is payable, which is refunded after your stay. The villa is cleaned before your stay but additional maid service/linen changes can be arranged at an additional cost.
