The apartment has been tastefully furnished to a very high standard and is situated a short walk from the very popular Los Lagos and Los Olivios golf courses. La Hacienda de Mijas Golf is located a 20 minute drive from Malaga airport. Fuengirola town with its great restaurants and shopping, or the popular beach resort of La Cala de Mijas is only a short drive, and for those who love to shop Marbella is only a short 20 min drive away. Puerto Banus and Benalmadena, offering fabulous marina, wonderful restaurants are varied nightlife for all ages, Montana Vista situates itself perfectly to give you a holiday experience you won't forget.

Montana Vista is the chance for families to relax, friends to spend some quality time together catching up, or for the golfers to work on their swing. A complimentary 'welcome pack' with all the first day holiday essentials is in the apartment on your arrival.

All attachments for the various I-Pod's are provided in the apartment. *A travel cot is available should you need it. Please let us know at time of booking.

The apartment complex has 2 adult swimming pools and 2 children's paddling pools. The complex further boasts 2 paddle tennis courts for those who like to get really active.

**Now open at the front of the complex is a small mini market with cafe / bar, international gift shop, along with a dry cleaners and a hairdressers.

Rates

Low Season Price : £250
High Season Price : £380 per Week


* Prices are for short term rental only and prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. A 30% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure. Final payment is due within 14 days of the rental, cleared funds must be paid into our account. If cancellation happens within these 14 days, there will be no refunds.

* In addition to the rental price, there is a fully refundable £100 (150 EUR) breakages deposit required. Once the apartment has been cleaned and checked, the deposit is refunded to your account. This deposit payment is required with the final rental payment.

* There is also 30 EUR (approx £20) cleaning charge. This is to be paid to our keyholder direct either on arrival or departure.

* There are no charges for amenities - electicity, gas, water.

** All bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment. * Discounts are available on rentals of 2 weeks or more.
