Bright open planned kitchen with large fridge/freezer, new oven & halogen hob, microwave, kettle. All the utensils that you will need including ice packs, tupperware etc. Seating area for 4 people with further seating on the balcony for al fresco dining.Open plan lounge with large new modern sofa (large single bed) inc a chaise lounge. Flat screen 32" TV, PS2 with many games & Controllers, DVD player. Large patio windows opening up onto the sunny balcony with fantastic sea views. The apartment is fully air conditioned/heated. It is suitable for families as it is very secure. The pool is lifeguarded in high seasons for added peace of mind. Pool bar for snacks & refreshments. We have tried to include all things that would be useful for your stay and save on that all important luggage allowance. Hairdryers/straighteners. Beach toys & lilo's. Adaptors and mossie plugs + much, much more.The bed are all quilts rather than uncomfortable sheets. Not suitable for Wheelchair users or those who would find the stairs difficult.The apartment is situated in beautifully well kept landscaped gardens. There is a large communial pool that is lifeguarded in high season as well as a small child’s pool. A pool side bar/restaurant offers all refreshments and food, book library etc. Monte B is secured by coded gates for that added peace of mind. You have the use of the other pools and facilities on Miraflores. A Reception where you can book excursions, babysitters, taxis etc. Outside parking includes disabled parking. Miraflores is one of the Costa del Sol's top course. Located in the hills above Mijas Costa it offers breathtaking views of the countryside down to the sea.
Miraflores has lush fairways and well manicured greens. Three lakes make for many water hazards, and well positioned trees make this course a firm favourite.
Some recent major repairs have improved the course. The new design has two lakes which make it easier to reach the 11th hole, and two raised tees have been built for the 14th hole. Holes 18th, 12th and 15th are really memorable, the last with the water forming a moat around the green. Hole 8th offers a breathtaking view of the countryside.
The centrally located clubhouse is perfectly positioned to take advantage of the magnificent panoramic scenery. Designed by Folco Nardi the course has a number of elevated greens which require some tough walking so a buggy is often a good idea. Soft spikes only.
