Main Description
This beautifully decorated and furnished apartment is ideal for golfers, families and couples.

The apartment is set away from the road and the terraces overlook the stunning La Cala Hills. There are two large swimming pools and paddling pools, also paddle tennis courts for you to enjoy.

As you enter the apartment the american style kitchen is on your right and the lounge/dining room straight ahead of you. The dining area has facilities for four. The lounge has 2 leather sofas (1 is a sofa bed) and tv with dvd and satellite. The terrace has dining facilities for 6.

Bedroom one also leads off of the terrace and has two single beds and fitted wardrobes with chest of drawers. There is also a safe. The enuite bathroom has shower over bath, bidet, sink unit and wc.

The second bathroom has a corner shower with sink unit and wc.

Outside of the complex there are several small shops for fresh bread and milk etc.

Just a ten minute drive will take you to the centre of Fuengirola and La Cala village. Gibraltar is fifty minutes by car. The stunning white village of Mijas is just twenty minutes by car.

The nearest airport is Malaga which is 35 minutes by car. You can also catch the train into Fuengirola and then a ten minute taxi.

A car is highly recommended.

There are paddle tennis facilities (we supply both paddle tennis and regular tennis racquets) and stunning out door swimming pools. There is direct access by lift from the car park to the apartment which is on the third floor.
The terraces over look the stunning La Cala hills and countryside. The outdoor furniture is of the highest standard with facilities for 6 people. There is easy access to the pool which is set in the well maintained gardens of Hacienda de Mijas Golf.

The nearest beaches are ten minutes by car. The beaches along Mijas Costa stretch for an unbroken 6km. Along the shore you will find many beach bars and restaurants also water sports and marinas.

The apartment is ideally located within a short distance of several high quality golf courses. It is just 5 minutes by car to the world famous Mijas Golf Course, comprising of two 18 hole championship golf courses.

50% balance in cash on arrival.
£200.00 breakages deposit in cash on arrival.
Cancellation:
12 weeks - 6 weeks prior to arrival = 50% of the deposit.
6 weeks - arrival date = 100% of the full amount.
