Vacation Rental Description
The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor in Rancho Miraflores C, on the lovely Miraflores complex with a wonderful sea view tothe front & the mountains to the side & just 5-10 minutes walk from the beach. The Miraflores complex contains supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, sports complex & golf club. Rancho C is quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger resorts such as Marbella & Fuengirola. It is also close to the small town of La Cala which has a weekly local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. The lovely small port of Cabopino is also only a 5 minute drive away. The apartment benefits from gardens with 2 large pools and 2 children's pools. The upper swimming pool is manned by a life guard during July & August. The apartment has marble floors throughout. The lounge/diner contains 2 settees plus a dining table & chairs for 6. There is also cable TV enabling you to view many English programmes & a DVD. Leading from the lounge via large patio doors is a spacious balcony with stunning sea views, furnished with a BBQ & tables and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker & hob, washing machine, toaster, kettle & all cooking utensils, glasses, plates etc. With one double bedroom with en suite and two twin bedrooms, plus a separate bathroom the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. There is secure underground parking with an allocated space and lift access to the apartment.

The air con provides hot & cold air. The garage is accessed via remote control with a lift direct to the 3rd floor The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils The fridge has a small freezer compartment The rental price includes the cleaning & linen service both before arrival & on departure
Activities
Rancho Miraflores C is just a short walk from a large beach. There are also many other beaches within a short drive. The Miraflores complex contains supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars & golf club. As well as the Miraflores Golf Club there are many more golf clubs all within a short drive. The Miraflores Social Club has swimming pools, tennis courts, bowling club, & restaurant & bar with nightly entertainment.
Rancho C is only 15 minutes from the larger resorts of Marbella & Fuengirola. It is also close to the small town of La Cala which has a weekly local market, shops and restaurants. The lovely small port of Cabopino is also only a 5 minute drive away.
Marbella is world famous & has classy restaurants, bars & many designer shops, and Puerto Banus marina is a must visit. The night-life is buzzing here. Fuengirola has 5 miles of sandy beaches & as well as shopping & eating you can also visit the water park or go go-carting.

10% DISCOUNT FOR 2010 BOOKINGS MADE BEFORE 31.12.09 All prices include the cost of cleaning & laundry of bedding. But please bring your own towels. For longer stays if you want the apartment cleaned or clean laundry then this can be arranged locally on arrival. 20% deposit required to secure booking. The balance plus the £200 refundable security deposit is required 6 weeks prior to arrival. If booking within 6 weeks of arrival the full amount plus the security deposit is required with the booking form. Refundable security deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). This is to cover any damage or missing items. Charges for loss of keys or loss or damage to remote control will aslo be deducted from the security deposit. Your security deposit will be refunded to you in full after your vacation assuming these conditions are met.
