Our beautiful, first floor luxury apartment is located right on the prestigious 18 hole Calanova Golf Club, and has panoramic, golf mountain and Mediterranean views. On a secure gated complex, it is surrounded by landscaped tropical gardens and has a choice of 6 swimming pools . There is secure underground parking and a storeroom , suitable for golfclubs or beach equipment.  
 
The apartment has a lovely light, airy feel with cool marble floors throughout and floaty cream curtains. It has a full air conditioning/heating system for your comfort. The patio doors from the lounge area lead directly onto the terrace, with it's beautiful views over the golf course and sea. the terrace is furnished with a large round table and matching chairs and is the perfect place to eat breakfast and watch the sun come up over the Mediterranean, and watch the golfers in action, or to sit with a cool glass of sangria or local wine in the balmy evenings. If you look down into the garden area you can watch people enjoying three of the pools, or lounging on the new sunbeds, provided. 
 
The living area is furnished with a comfortable, modern L shaped leather sofa, matching leather dining chairs and attractive dark wood modern furniture, whilst the original abstract paintings add the finishing touch. We have provided a flat screen lcd tv and cd/dvd player , with satellite to give most English channels. Please bring your favourite dvd's for the occasional night in. 
 
The master bedroom has a large designer leather headboard and a superking sized bed which can also be configured as 2 singles - ideal for groups of golfers or friends. It has a large fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, and fully marbled tiled, en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet. The sliding patio doors lead onto the terrace and offer amazing views. 
 
The second bedroom has twin beds, with modern leather headboards, fitted wardrobe & chest of drawers, and has the use of a second marble tiled, shower room situated just outside in the inner hall. Both bedrooms come fully equipped with matching duvets & bedlinen & towels. 
 
The fully fitted kitchen has integrated SMEG appliances , including fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, and everything you need to create either a full meal or a lunchtime snack. Electric kettle, toaster, microwave and all kitchen utensils, crockery , cutlery and glasses are provided. 
 
You will find everything here needed to relax in your home fron home.

    • Calanova Sea Golf is only about 20 minutes drive from Malaga airport, and is easily accessed just off the main N340 coast road. La Cala de Mijas, is 5 min drive from Calanova and is an attractive, typically Spanish old fishing village. It now caters very well for tourists , without losing it's authentic Andalusian charm. There are banks, shops , a supermarket and a wonderful selection of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes . Best of all is the beautiful, sandy, blue flag beach, dotted with fishing boats , straw parasols and sunbeds. It is possible to buy freshly caught fish, cooked on an open fire in an old boat on the beach - delicious! There is a twice weekly market which sells an array of locally produced ceramics, leather goods, lace, clothing, fruit and vegetables etc and is an ideal place to souvenir shop.

    • The Costa del Sol is well known as a fantastic place for a holiday with it's 161 kms of coastline, and 320 days of sunshine a year.  
     
    Calanova is a golfers paradise. As well as Calanova golf club, which is 2 mins walk, there are numerous other golf courses nearby.  
     
    Horse riding is very popular and there are several nearby stables, the nearest only 5 mins drive from Calanova. Water sports and sea fishing are available all along the coast, and most other sports are available locally.  
     
    Nearby Fuengirola has an excellent zoo, marina, water park, cinema ,& shopping mall. The famous resorts and marinas of Puerto Banus and Marbella are 20 minutes drive away, and are the 'in place' for night clubbing or celebrity watching.  
     
    For duty free shopping and sightseeing a daytrip to Gibraltar is recommended.
