•A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking & the remaining balance paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival. The apt will not be reserved until the deposit has been received.
A security deposit of 200gbp is required, to be paid into my UK bank account for any breakages, damage, loss of keys, excess cleaning etc.., (please note, excess cleaning will be charged for). The deposit is fully refundable once a check has been made on the apt after your departure, providing the property is left in the condition it was found.
For 3 & 4 night stays, laundry & cleaning will be an additional charge according to the no. of persons using the apt.
•For late arrivals or should you require a welcome pack this can be provided at an additional cost of 20 euros. To include, Milk, Bread, Butter, Orange Juice, Jams, Water, Tea, Sugar, Wine & Beer.
