The Villa, built on a nature reserve, sits on the 9th hole of the exclusive La Resina Golf & Country Club, is on 3 floors and has an array of superb features both inside and out...... 
 
Enjoy magnificent al fresco dining area with fabulous BBQ area, 'CHILL OUT AREA' with 'chill out' bed and 3 settees, and take in all day sun on the south facing terraces.

There are 3 further bedrooms, one double and two twin, ALL EN SUITE.  
 
Bedroom two is on the ground floor and has a twin beds, bedside tables and lights, en suite with bath and overhead shower.  
 
Bedroom three has twin beds, bedside tables with light, TV and an en suite with bath and overhead shower. 
 
Bedroom four is in the basement and has a king size double bed, bedside tables, large wall mirror and an en suite with a shower cubicle. 
 
The Atrium entrance and stairwell is a fantastic feature and adds to the ambience of the Villa. 
 
In the spacious lounge there are quality furnishings, a leather sofa to seat seven as well as easy chair, coffee table. The lounge opens to a delightfull terrace. 
 
Entertainment wise, the lounge has 42inch Plasma TV, Full SKY satellite, Music system, CD and DVD players, Playstation, everything you need to keep children entertained...... 
 
The dining area hosts modern furniture to seat 8. Soft lighting gives it a wonderful feel, again access to the outdoor terrace. 
 
The dining kitchen is finished to a fantastic standard. Quality Siemens appliances, American style fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, tumble dryer, deep fat fryer and griddle. 
 
Outdoor facilities are fabulous, they include stunning PRIVATE INFINITY POOL, al fresco dining area with BBQ, 'CHILL OUT AREA' with ;chill out' bed and 3 settees, enjoy ALL DAY SUNSHINE on the south facing terraces. You can really make the most of the all year round climate on the Costa del Sol, beautifully lanscaped gardens on two levels, surrounded by orange and lemon trees....

    Although 'Casa los Pinos' is to rent, it is also used often by the owners, so we ask holidaymakers to treat it respectfully. Information about the local area will be sent to all confirmed bookings. We ask for a 25% deposit of the full rental fee when booking, to secure the dates. The balance is required 6 weeks prior to departure (plus bond). A refundable breakages bond of £300 is required, to be paid along with the balance, 6 weeks prior to departure. This will be refunded within two weeks of returning(subject to satisfactory property inspection). We can accept bookings of less than a week, however a cleaning fee will be charged. Please contact me for details. EASTER PERIOD 9-16 April 2009, rate is £2,000. Please also contact me for prices for stays in between weekly periods, for example 10 night stays. The preferred payment method is by bank transfer or cheque, however Paypal is available.
