Situated in the Marbessa area just fifteen minutes walk to beach (500 metres)with many beach restaurants, Villa Patate is the ideal villa for a restful holiday. On the ground floor it has a fully fitted, well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker/hob and washing machine and dishwasherand microwave. Dining room with table and chairs for 8 people and very large lounge with Sat TV, video, dvd, stereo and wood burne. Air-conditioning throughout and underfloor heating in the lounge and upstairs bathroom for extra heat in the winter months. Patio doors from the dining area lead on to covered terrace with large table and chairs for 8 people. Well established gardens with built in barbeque large kidney shaped swimming pool and a full size portable table tennis table. Spiral stairs on the outside lead up to many terrace with wonderful views over sea and mountains. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with full bathroom and a cloakroom with WC and wash-basin. The nearby Port of Cabopino (about 15 min walk or 5 mins by car) has many nice restaurants and bars, golf course and lovely beaches. There are restaurants within 5 minutes walk as well as a 24 hour supermarket. 10 mins drive to Marbella. 5 mins drive to Calahonda and 20 mins drive to Puerto Banus. Nearby is the famous Don Carlos Hotel with a night club and piano bar.
There are some 20 golf courses in the area and several tennis clubs. The town of Marbella is just ten minutes drive away and airport is only 35 mins drive away. Local supermarket and restaurants just 5 minutes walk and the Cabopino Marina with many nice restaurants is just 20 minutes walk away.

20% deposit for each property is payable when booking. This is non-returnable in the event of any cancellation, notification of which is required in writing, signed by the person who signed the booking form. Those clients who book within eight weeks of their departure date, full payment is required at the booking stage. £100.00 security deposit is required at balance stage, refundable within 2 weeks of your return Balance due eight weeks before departure. We reserve the right to re-let the accommodation if this condition is not met.
