The Villa is located in Spain, in the proximity of the World Famous “Golden Mile”; in the Community of Las Chapas, which is 10 minutes from Marbella and the well known Puerto Banus Yacht Club. Marbella is well known by tourists, who enjoy traveling to the most prestigious areas of Europe. 
The Las Chapas Community is an exclusive and prestigious private community with first class restaurants, exquisite Shops & Boutiques, Night Clubs, Schools, and Banks & Post Office. A 28 Mile long white sand beach is only 5 driving minutes from the Villa, plus an 18 hole Golf Course and well maintained Tennis Courts and lots more.
