Location:

The Villa is located in Spain, in the proximity of the World Famous “Golden Mile”; in the Community of Las Chapas, which is 10 minutes from Marbella and the well known Puerto Banus Yacht Club. Marbella is well known by tourists, who enjoy traveling to the most prestigious areas of Europe.
The Las Chapas Community is an exclusive and prestigious private community with first class restaurants, exquisite Shops & Boutiques, Night Clubs, Schools, and Banks & Post Office. A 28 Mile long white sand beach is only 5 driving minutes from the Villa, plus an 18 hole Golf Course and well maintained Tennis Courts and lots more.
Although The Las Chapas community is one of the safest spots in Europe, but it’s also guarded by around the clock Private Security.

Landscape:

This Villa is situated in a 19,375 Sq Ft (1800 Sq m) parcel of land, enclosed by a Metal Fence, and obscured from the outside by series of Evergreens such as Pine & Palm trees, which are planted along the Fence to keep its privacy. The Landscaping includes a Garden, enclosed by large racks designed beautifully in many colours consisting of numerous Bush type plants such as Hibiscus, Oleander, Aloe Vera, and flowering Cactus; giving it an awe-inspiringly unique and exquisite appearance. The remainder of the Landscaping is covered with African Grass to supplement the lush feel of the Garden.
