This spacious apartment is on the secure Las Mimosas complex adjacent to Cabopino Golf course and driving range, but only 5-10 minutes walk to the super marina and beaches of Puerto Cabopino. Located on the first floor, the apartment is furnished to a high standard with the large lounge having seating for five, CD player and satellite TV (BBC & ITV channels). Patio doors lead out to the good sized south facing terrace. The dining area has seating for six. The two, well proportioned bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes and full en-suite marble bathrooms. The master bedroom has patio doors on to the terrace with the second bedroom having uninterrupted views of Cabopino golf course. The fully equipped kitchen also has a utility room with washing machine and drying area. For added all year round comfort the apartment comes with air-conditioning/heating. Outside in the beautifully kept gardens is a large swimming pool and a smaller children’s pool. There is also secure underground parking

"We visited the apartment at the end of May/beginning of June. The apartment is very clean, well-maintained and spacious, and had all the facilities/equipment that we wanted. The communal pool is also well-maintained and during our week long stay we pretty much had the pool to ourselves.
The accommodation is in a good location, 10 minutes walk from Cabo Pino Marina and the beach. There is also a mini market, bar and restaurant just next door to the complex.
We would definately recommend this property and would stay there again in the future."

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely two week holiday. We chose the apartment because it looked well cared for and comfortable and it did not disappoint. Thought had gone into making sure that everything was there to make the stay comfortable, even down to children's buckets and spades! The apartment is large, light and airy and well maintained with beautiful flowers on the balcony. We did not use the pool but that is secure and quiet in pleasant gardens. We hired a car so the underground secure garage was a definite bonus. It was a real home from home!! We would definitely stay there again.

We looked for an apartment which was good for a young family and we could not have picked a better one. We have stayed on this coast a number of times and this is the best apartment by far. Really clean and the description does not do it justice. The satalite TV a real bonus for the kids TV. We would loved to have stayed longer. The gardens and pool are excellent for the children.

If you are looking for a good base to explore this coast and want excellent value this apartment is ideal.
Recommended for: Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

I have stayed at this apartment twice now, once in May 2010 and also October 2010.
The apartment is really big with a large lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room. There are 2 good sized bedrooms and also 2 bathrooms. This apartment has everything you need.
It's located within walking distance to the beach, 10-15 mins. There are lots of restaurants nearby.
The pool is nice and private and very quiet. Although we sunbathed on the terrace/balcony in Oct as we got the sun on it.
We found the location to be ideal if you had a car to visit Puerto Banus, Marbella etc.
Highly recommended!!!!!

We came from Germany and stayed with our kids (4 & 7) in the apartment,
The appartment was lovely, very spacious, very well equipped and everything was as described and very well maintained.
Towels were provided and changed once a week, that was very convenient.
By the pool were sun loungers which worked on a cardsystem, 2 cards are provided. Very good!!!
We loved the pool, the apartment and the area.
Very convenient is the take away (delivery) from Da Bruno.
Andy's beach bar is great for a relaxed dinner straight after the beach.
We definately recommend that apartment and would come back.

Having just returned from a most pleasurable stay in the appartment at the end of April 2008, my thoughts keep returning to the well manicured gardens, with the roses in full bloom, lazing by the pool in the warm sunshine.
The accomodation itself lacks nothing, it's very clean and there's a very 'at home' feel to it. All it takes, of an evening, is a short walk to several good restaurants. Will certainly go back again and would thoroughly recommend it.

I stayed in Steves appt. in May 2007 with 3 other guys on a golfing trip & also in April 2008 with my partner.The appt. is great for both types of trip,handy for loads of good golf courses,& handy for beach and pool.Plenty of room for 4 guys and their golfing gear, so a family has no problem.Good sized balcony overlooking the fab.gardens & pool.Its a 10/15 min stroll down to Puerto Cabopino where youll find a variety of restaurants and bars or a couple of mins in a car to the beach.All in all a great place to stay in the sun of the Costa del Sol.

A beautifully furnished apartment in a quiet and peaceful setting yet within easy reach of the port of Cobopino with its excellent range of bars and restaurants. The beach adjoining the port has a full range of water sports facilities and at the same time provides safe bathing for all the family. We have visited the apartment for the last three years and will certainly return this year. All facilities are provided within the apartment and it is just as easy to decide to stay in for a meal as it is to eat outside.

This is spacious well equipped apartment, within a quite complex, overlooking the golf course. The beach is around a 10 min walk, as are the main restaurants and bars of Cabo Pino harbour. Malaga, Marbella and a number of other towns are less than a half hour away. We throughly enjoyed our week there and are looking forawrd to going back again.

Cabapino is a wonderful place to visit ,with a lovely marina surrounded with nice restaurants and lovely sandy beach.
The appartment is spacious , immaculate and furnished to a high standard . The double balcony overlooking the gardens and pool was most certainly a plus point for us . The owners have obviously put a lot of thought in to making it a very pleasant place to stay .
Although we decided not to drive the bus services to the surrounding resorts were very reliable. We visited late september each day was perfect blue sky with a hot sunny temperature. we would most certainly recommend this holiday and would definately visit again

We have stayed in the Cabopino area for our holidays for the last 3 years but, the apartment this year was the best yet. Very spacious and with everything we needed it was a home from home. Between Marbella and Fuengerola the apartment is the perfect base for sight seeing, water parks, marinas, theme parks and beaches and its also the perfect place for doing absolutley nothing but laying by the superb pools. A sun bed in the beautifully kept gardens is gaurenteed due to the innovitive idea of key cards!! The children (9,6,4) loved both the pools and they usually had them to themselves and the beach was only a short walk away. We will definatley be staying again, thanks for a wonderful hoilday.

Very spacious apartment and lovely pool. Really enjoyed how quiet the apartment pool was. Everyone was very friendly. The beach was easy to find and very nice and clean. Lot's of bars and restuarants on the beach front.

APARTMENT: My parents have been using this apartment every year for the past 4 years and it was highly recommended, it was a lovely apartment, very spacious real home from home with everything you need for a comfortable stay! large terrace area with dining set, sun loungers and space to hang washing, good size adult pool downstairs aswell as a kids shallow pool and 2 showers. Golfers paradise, you can see the golf course from the bedroom/kitchen windows and is a 30 second walk away!

RESTAURANTS: if you love good food as much as we do here are a few must try restaurants: average price was for 2 people, starters, mains and a bottle of good wine!

DIBRUNOS - (cabopino 90Euros) beautiful restaurant situated up the hill from the petrol garage, advisable to book. Our favourite!
ALBERTS - (cabopino port 90Euros) Restaurant facing the port, good food, good location!
MIJAS PLAYA- (La cala 150Euros, bit more pricey but a lovely restuarant with top class food) This is an amazing restaurant, very swank and beautiful food, would eat there everyday if i could afford it! Menu is smaller then most but definitly something for everyone, advisable to book,we got there at 8:30pm and were the only people there, by 9:15pm the restaurant and terrace were packed! taxi home was only 12Euros

CHANCOS - (El Zocco Calahonda 85Euros) we have been visiting this restaurant for years, it is a family favourite and the fillet steak is to die for! taxi home 10Euros

BEACH:
I absolutly love Cabopino beach, 10 min walk from the apartment, tip for lunch - try Julie's bistro in the port (2 doors down from Alberts) the most filling baguette you'll ever eat for 5Euros. The restaurant on the beach has a very limited menu, if you dont want to eat chips everyday your screwed!
Overall a fantastic holiday and we will be back!

This is our 17th year, having always stayed in the now very tired looking Port apartments. This stay was excellent. The pool and gardens were great and well maintained. The property description was spot on. Apartment was really large and airy, extremely clean and well furnished. Showers really were powerful, large kitchen and Sky TV was a real bonus. The apartment and resort was far better than expected. It was exceptionally clean and tidy and very spacious. It felt more like a house as opposed to an apartment. The grounds and pool were beautifully maintained and the beach and local restaurants were a short walk away. We would definitely recommend this apartment and location and hope to return next year.

We just returned from our stay in this Apartment and we thouroughly enjoyed every minute of it. The Apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious and very tastefully decorated. The pool area and grounds are kept to a very high standard and we would recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of going. The beach is about 10 minutes walk and there are plenty of bars, resturants, shops in the locality but I think when we go next time we will rent a car and see more of this beautiful area.

we stayed in steve's appt last year, for 2 weeks in august,the appartment is furnished to a high standard, very clean and has everything you need, the grounds are lovely, and the cleaners are very nice people, cabopino beach is about a 10/15 min walk, as are the local restaurants and bars, its not a problem getting a bus its pretty straightforward. You can also get a taxi to calahonda for the evening and it does;nt cost much, we done this quite a lot as there are lots of bars and restaurants there. We are staying in steve's again this year for 2 weeks, can't wait. This will be our fourth year at Cabopino.
