The terrace has a dining area BBQ sun loungers and has sun from sun rise to sun set but also has a shaded area. The apartment is only 600m from the beach and the 180 degree panoramic views stretch along the coast from Cabopino beach all the way to Gibralter. The terrace looks over the large communal pool sun loungers and gardens. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, situated in very secure and gated complex and reached by elevator from the secure garage'.
Notes on accommodation:
The apartment is professionally managed locally. The lounge and all bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and heated. The owners reserve the right to request ages of renters as young children will not be accepted. Sorry, no pets and no smoking in the property please.
Outside:
The private terrace has sun loungers and a barbecue. The community has a shared swimming pool and also provides sun loungers around the pool solely for the use of occupants. Adjacent to the gardens and pool is part of Cabopino golf course.
Distances:
Granada and Sierra Nevada is usually a 2 hour drive away.
Malaga and Airport is approx 40km away (30 minutes drive).
Mijas village is approx 10km away (15 minutes drive).
Gibraltar is 50 minutes away.
Further details:
There is a 24 Hour, 365 days a year 'Opencor' supermarket nearby for late arrivals.

Coast/Beach:
Cabopino beach, which is less than a 10 minute walk away, nestles in a safe bay near the Marina. The golden fine sandy beach with its gentle slope into the sea make it one of the nicest and safest in Europe. There are two lively beach bars and four sun bathing areas with loungers and umbrellas towards the middle but quieter areas at each side with lots of space to relax and play.
The Marina has a tranquil atmosphere and is surrounded by restaurants and bars cheaper than those in Marbella.
Golf:
The apartment is a 5 minute walk away from the Cabopino Golf Club and driving range and in addition there are 15 golf courses nearby including La Cala, Miraflores, Santa Maria, El Chapparrel La Quinta and Calanova, all which are approximately within a 10 minute drive.
Skiing: Good skiing in the Sierra Nevadas, late November through to March.
Travel Options
- Travel Info: The nearest airport is Malaga which is approximately 35 to 40 minutes drive. Car hire is recommended although public transport of train from the Airport to Fuengirola and bus to Altola Alta is convenient and cheap. However it is an advantage to have a car on your holiday because there is so much to do and see. Please contact the owner for further details.
