Numerous beach bars and restaurants within strolling distance. Ideal base to explore Marbella, Gibraltar, Seville, Granada etc. Many golf courses nearby with numerous other leisure activities.

    • BBQ The property is in a quiet residential neighbourhood adjoining a conservation area of dunes, eucalyptus trees and pine woods bordering a long beach. Within easy walking distance in one direction are the beach and pretty port of Cabopino with several restaurants and bars. In the other direction are several beach restaurants. Nearby are other facilities including supermarkets, chemists, golf courses and hotels. The famous Don Carlos hotel is 5 minutes by car. A very large choice of restaurants lie within driving distance as do the fashionable shops and malls of Marbella, some 10 minutes by car. For those seeking night life, plenty is available within Marbella and its surroundings. Good skiing exists (in season) in the Sierra Nevada mountains near Granada, within 2 hours drive away. Gibraltar is easily accessible. A good touring base for this interesting and historic part of Spain or for trips to North Africa.

Because of its proximity to the beach, there is often a pleasant breeze providing a light and airy feel. Air conditioning is provided with in-built heating for any cooler evenings out of season. The quiet and private roof terraces enjoy excellent views and are ideal for sunbathing, eating, and relaxing in total peace and seclusion.

    20% deposit for each property is payable when booking. This is non-returnable in the event of any cancellation, notification of which is required in writing, and signed by the person who signed the booking form. For those clients who book within eight weeks of their departure date, full payment is required at the booking stage. £100.00 security deposit is required at balance stage which is refundable within 2 weeks of your return Balance is due eight weeks before departure and we reserve the right to re-let the accommodation if this condition is not met. For cancellation within eight weeks of departure, the client remains liable for the following charges (but this may be negotiable depending on circumstances): 42-55 days: 60% 29-41 days: 70% 22-28 days: 90% 0-21 days: 100% Cheque- Credit card- (There is a charge of 3.5% for this service. ) Bank transfer
