Vacation Rental Description
Our duplex penthouse apartment is in the corner plot of a new development (2005). It's set in a quiet residential area but only five minutes walk to the beach. A few more minutes walk brings you to the beautiful port of Puerto Cabopino with some delightful restaurants and bars. The area just beside the apartment was designated as a "national area of outstanding beauty" in 2006. 
 
The apartment is only 15 minutes drive to both Marbella and Fuengerola. It is only 25 minutes from the airport. 
 
There are quite a few restaurants and a supermarket in walking distance. The quiet port of Puerto Cabopino is with 10 minutes walk and it has about a dozen bars and restaurants. 
 
Now some details about the interior of the apartment. 
 
We have a large living/dining room to offer. The room is well equipped with two sofas, TV, DVD, X-Box and CD Hi-Fi. There are plenty of DVDs to watch as well as X-Box games and books to enjoy.  
 
The room wide patio windows open up to a large, wraparound terrace which gets the sun all day and well into the evening. However, there's always shady parts as well for a quick respite from the sun! The terrace has a dining table and easy chairs. 
 
Downstairs there is a master, double bedroom with ensuite and another twin room. Upstairs there is another twin bedroom, with its own, secluded terrace and another ensuite bathroom.  
 
The apartment is securely enclosed, with beautiful gardens. There is a beautiful, large swimming pool for your use and a separate toddler pool for our very young guests. 
 
Our apartment is particulay suitable to couples and families who want a relaxing beachside holiday. It's great for those who prefer to have a quiet time but with the hustle and bustle of Marbella only fifteen minutes away.

    • Our apartment is very well equipped. In the living room you will find TV (English Channels), DVD, HiFi, XBOX or PlayStation and a library; In th kitchen you'll find everything you ned, including dishwasher and microwave, oven, etc. We also supply pool toys, etc.

    There is a security deposit of 150 Euros required that is returned within 14 days of the end of your trip; We levy a one off charge of 80 euros for cleaning. This should be paid in advance. There is a nominal charge for Air conditioning (1 euro per 2 hours); A 20% deposit is required on booking with the balance to be paid within 8 weeks of your arrival; Cancellation Policy Up to 6 weeks before your arrival - deposit will be charged; Up to 3 weeks before your arrival - 50% will be charged; Less that 3 weeks before your arrival - 100% will be charged;
