This prestigious address is for the more discerning traveller who wants a quiet, peaceful location surrounded by some of the best golf courses on the Costa Del Sol. Within the development is the golf course, 2 tennis courts, gym, restaurant/bar, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, mini shop, children’s play area and a choice of 5 pools all with changing rooms, toilets, showers, paddling pools and fabulous views.

Elviria is a small community fast developing as one of the most prestigious addresses in the Marbella area and only 30 minutes from Malaga airport. It has a shopping area with supermarket and an Open car convenience store open until 2.00am each day, restaurants, bars, chemists and Banks.

The master bedroom has a magnificent cathedral ceiling with large ensuite, fire place & dressing room. There are terraces on each side of the bedroom accessed by large patio doors with superb views. Here you can have a delightful lunch right on the edge of the harbour and then onto the beach before returning later to the apartment. Well recommended.

For adults, there is the world famous Nikki beach bar and countless number of bars/retaurants catering for all tastes and budgets.

For the children there are many parks, fairs, water parks, zoos, crocodile park etc

For day visits, Ronda and Mijas are a must as is the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The magnificent cities of Cordoba, Grenade, Seville and also Gibralter are easily accessed.
