3 Bedroom Apartment in Marbella Town

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment has been completely refurbished to the highest standards in March 2008. All rooms have individual climate control. 
 
The lounge area has two large couches and also a dining table & chairs. There is a TV with a Sky connection and also a DVD & Video player and Stereo. 
 
The kitchen has a cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. 
 
The main bedroom has an en suite with large walk-in shower. The bed can be made up as a double or 2 twins. 
 
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are both twin rooms and they share the guest bathroom which has a bath with shower attachment. Bedroom 3 can also be made up as a double bed if required. 
 
The living room open out onto the balcony which is east facing. The balcony runs along the length of the apartment and is quite narrow, but it widens out outside the living room to allow room for a table & chairs.

Charroux is just a short drive from the house. It boasts a local market ,shops, bank , post office, bars and restaurants. Charroux was an important town on the pilgrimage route to Spain and the ruined abbey in the centre of the town has the only round tower in western Europe. The town, or village as we would call it, has lots of events throughout the summer from horse racing to art exhibitions to a wine festival in early September. There are tennis courts which are free to use.
