3 Bedroom Apartment in Marbella Town

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment has been completely refurbished in March 2008. All rooms have individual climate control. 
 
The lounge area has two large couches and also a dining table & chairs. There is a TV with a Sky connection and also a DVD player. 
 
The newly installed kitchen has a cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.  
 
The main bedroom has an en suite with large walk-in shower. The bed can be made up as a double or 2 twins.  
 
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are both twin rooms and they share the guest bathroom which has a bath with shower attachment. Each room can also be made up as double beds if required. 
 
The living room and each of the bedrooms open out onto the large 37sq.m. west facing terrace which has a table & chairs and sun loungers.

Other items supplied include; Towels (bathroom & beach), hairdryer, Iron and Ironing Board, Safe, Travel cot and High Chair (This is shared between the other apartments so advance booking is required), Car Parking Space (additional charge, see pricing page)

CYCLING. There are some fantastic cycling routes along the rolling coastal roads or inland into the mountains. Bike rental is available with road bikes, mountain bikes and hybrids available in all sizes. Bikes are delivered to the complex. Advance booking strongly recommended. 
 
GOLF. Located close to many golf courses Marbella is a favorite with golfers. The central location also means that you don't have to drive at night having discussed the days golf over a few drinks !
