Vacation Rental Description
This family friendly, 3 bedroom apartment is siuated between the five star Marbella Club and Guadalpine Hotels. You can walk from the complex through a secure gate directly on to the Passeo which runs from Marbella to Puerto Banus and onto the beach. Alternatively you can choose to stay by one of the 4 pools (including the Children's pool) and enjoy the tranqility of the landscaped gardens in this secure private development.  
 
The apartment has a large terrace, which is equiped with sun loungers and patio furniture, looks onto the sea. As it is a ground floor apartment, it also comes with its own secure garden which is accessed from the kitchen. This makes a great area for toddlers and small children to play in. 
 
You can walk into Marbella town on the beachside Passeo, or alternatively hop on a bus outside the front of the apartment to the town or Puerto Banus. There are also 2 supermarkets, a pharmacy, various restaurants and dry cleaners within a five minute walk. Taxi are also easy to pick up due to the proximity of the 2 luxury hotels. If you have hired your own car, there is a dedicated underground car space. 
 
Entertainment wise, the apartment comes equipped with Satellite TV, DVD, Radio and wireless broadband access. There is also a DVD rentals store across the street, while there is also a cinema complex about 10 mins walk along the beachside Passeo (only recommended for Spanish Speakers!).  
 
If you want to play golf, there are a number of great courses relatively close by, you will need to access them by car or taxi. These include La Cala, La Quinta, Los Naranjos and Rio Real. There are fabulous clay tennis courts in the Puente Romano Hotel which is a 10 min walk away. The tennis centre also runs childrens' tennis camps during the summer months. There is a state of the are gym in Puerto Banus which can be used on a pay as you go basis, they also offer a creche facility for children.
