The apartment is situated across the road from the Santa Clara golf course. It is also very close to the Rio Real course. There are three great golf courses within a 2km radius (8 golf courses within 10km radius). Las Arenas is very popular location for golfers.

Prices are stated in euros. Booking deposit of 25% of the full rental rate required to secure booking. Refundable deposit of €200 required against damages and return of keys. Balance of Rent and Deposit must be paid at least six weeks before arrival date.
