The house is centrally located in Elviria and within walking distance of many shops, banks and restaurants. It is a great place to stay for all sorts of holidays whether you want to laze away the sunny days on a nearby beach or outback next to the heated pool or whether you want to use it as a base to explore further afield -Tangier is easily accessible through nearby Gibraltar  
 
The well known and bustling port of Puerto Banus is 15 minutes away by car and offers all sorts of delights from people watching through a plethora of bars and restaurants to a very lively nightlife. 
 
A 15 minute walk (5 mins in a car) takes you to a wonderful golden beach where you can relax and soak up the sun. 
 
Marbella centre is a mere 4 miles away and offers wonderful old streets and boutiques to explore. It has its own promenade with a lovely sandy beach and offers some great restaurants and eateries. 
 
For the golf aficionado there are plenty of golf courses - up to 20 within a 20 minute drive. 
 
This part of Spain has lots of fiestas which are held in the streets and are very picturesque and entertaining 
and it is fun to be involved.

Welcome food pack on arrival Barbecue area One bedroom can be changed to a study if necessary. Tiled floor throughout with occasional rugs. Sea views from most rooms in the main house. Good sized bedrooms and bathrooms Cots etc can be rented locally for babies and small children - notice required. Cleaner can be provided at additional cost. Owners live locally and whilst they would not intrude, they are available if you encounter a problem.

Payment can be made in sterling or euros. No bookings accepted for less than 4 days and long term lets and corporate bookings will be considered. A Bond of £100 will be held against any damage or breakages. A well behaved dog is acceptable but any damage must be paid for out of the Bond. A deposit of 25% must be paid at least 6 weeks before your holiday and is non refundable for cancellations with 4 weeks of the booking. Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion. Note that weekly rate for Xmas and New Year very reasonable for 8 people. Payment can be made in sterling or euros into Landlords bank account. 25% on confirmation of booking and balance within 2 weeks of arrival. No additional costs but if extras are required, such as cleaners, baby cots, extra beds etc the tenant will be charged at cost.
