Vacation Rental Description
This is a peacefully quiet development lined with citrus trees, providing just a short walk to a choice of pools and jacuzzis set in the lawns. There is a delightful restaurant & bar with adjacent shop within a few minutes walking distance and further restaurants and a bank are within easy reach, enroute from the main road. The whole complex is security gated and manned full-time.
Although the apartment is on the ground floor, the garden is elevated and bounded by a firm waist high fence. From the garden you have west facing views across the pools and gardens to the Mediterranean. Hence the patio & garden have uninterrupted sunshine from mid morning until sunset.
Access to the patio is through patio doors, both in the lounge and master bedroom. The lounge/dining room area is designed for four persons although a double futon provides extra sleeping when needed. Accessed from the lounge there is a good sized well eqipped kitchen with a window to the front entrance. An inner hallway provides access to the two bedrooms and their adjacent bathrooms. Temperature controls maintain either warm or cool air automatically, according to your preferred settings. The lounge and each bedroom have their own temperature/air conditioning controls. Cool white marble floors extend throughout the apartment, except in the bathrooms which have non-slip tiles.
For parking there is a secure underground designated parking area with elevators up to all floors.
The beaches are just 2km away taking approximately 5 minutes by car. There you can park and walk along the water's edge to Puerto Cabopino or west towards Marbella, passing numerous beachside restaurants, reasonably priced and each with its own special character where you can wine and dine overlooking the Mediterranean.

The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival so that is fresh and sparkling for your stay. Further cleans can be arranged if requested, at extra cost. Linen and towels are provided but we ask guests to provide their own towels for beach/pool use.
The entrance hallway has ample space for golf bags.
Master bedroom has a kingsize double bed, bedside cabinets, large fitted wardrobe, dressing table and mirror and patio doors to the terrace. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, bedside cabinet, large fitted wardrobe and mirror.
There is an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom. Both bathrooms have washbasin, bath/shower over, wc, bidet.
West facing patio with table seats 4, with sunbeds for two and further bench seat in the garden area overlooking the pools and gardens below.

Las Chapas is adjacent to Elviria, Cabopino and Calahonda along the main A7 road from Malaga to Marbella and Peurto Banus. The area is world-famous for superb golf courses with dozens to choose from along this part of the coast starting with a course adjacent to the development.
There is an all-day supermarket just just off the main road and a bank with cash point en route to the complex. Also, there is a huge air-conditioned mall with restaurants and a massive reasonably-priced supermarket at La Canada as you drive to Marbella.
Puerto Banus for nightlife, also has a vast selection of fine restaurants opposite the harbour front and moored yachts.
Old Marbella is a must to visit, as is the sea front itself.
If you want to explore the countryside, you can be driving in the mountains within 30 minutes, viewing spectacular scenery and picturesque little villages. Here the air is cooler and the panorama is breathtaking.
