Description. 
 
The house we rent is situated in a garden urbanization. There are extensive gardens, with so many species that is commonly considered a small botanic garden. 
 
You only have to walk along the swimming-pool and sports area (facilities for football, basketball, paddle, tennis...) and you are in the beach (about three or four minutes). There is also a social club, private parking, and security 24 hours a day, 
 
The urbanization is built in the style of a traditional Andalusian village. The houses are accessible by footpaths through the gardens, and a closed circular road belt permits the access for parking. Two places for parking belong to the house, one of them in the underground garage below the football stadium. 
 
The house itself has two flats. In the lower one there are a large dining room/sitting room, a two bed bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen (vitroceramic electric cooking plate, dish washer,washing machine, microwave oven, fridge with separate freezer...) 
 
The upper floor has two double bedrooms and a bathroom.Each upper bedroom has separate terrace; the kitchen and the dining room have terraces as well. This means, there are for terraces in the house. 
 
There is also a two-places bed-sofa in the sitting room. The furniture is very modern and comfortable  
 
There are restaurants, shopping area, petrol station, café, pharmacy and other facilities in five minutes walk. And in five minutes by car you are in Marbella's centre, or in Puerto Banús in ten minutes... 
 
As you probably know, Marbella has a micro climate owed to be in a bay inside a circle of mountains, that preserves it from the most torrid heat in summer and the cold in winter. That makes it a preferred site of holidays for the most select people in the world.
