The very spacious (130 sqm) and comfortable holiday home has a bright lounge with fire place and sat-tv, dvd, hi-fi and Internet, 3 bedrooms (one master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom, 2 bedrooms with twin beds, one bathroom with shower), fully fitted kitchen, marble floors and marble bathrooms, air conditioning (hot and cold) and is suitable for up to 6 people. On the sunny south-west terrace with sea and mountain view is installed a luxury outdoor Jacuzzi with 55 jets and 6 seats.

The beautiful sandy beaches invite to be lazy and simply enjoy the sea and the endless view on passing yachts and other water related activities, or the mountains in the background. The shopping facilities in Marbella are numerous and the "Old Town" of Marbella is worth a visit. Culinary performances are from a high quality. Within 1 hour drive you are in the centre of Malaga where you should visit the Picasso Museum and the impressive renaissance style build cathedral. And you can not overlook the Alcazaba. RENTAL PERIOD: minimum stay one week. Rates included electricity, water, bedlinen, 1 set of towels per person. Air conditioning extra coin box (3 hours = 1Euro). Jacuzzi use Euro 100,- per week. Final cleaning Euro 100,-. Small pets allowed: Euro 30,- per week. Wireless or cable Internet Euro 25,- per week. Deposit to secure the booking 50% by bank transfer. The rest of 50% is to be paid one month prior arrival by bank transfer. To pay cash at arrival a the refundable breakage deposit of Euro 400,- to the key holder that will be returned on departure if no damage.
