Our spacious and well equipped ground floor 2 bedroomed apartment is set in the beautiful landscaped gardens of La Cartuja. The apartment is west facing and boasts its own terrace and lawned area which is drenched in sunshine from midmorning until sunset.
La Cartuja is on the Benahavis road and is in the perfect location for golfers and holiday makers alike.
There are the pictuesque ports of Sotogrande and Duquesa within a 25 minute drive.
Or maybe drive up into the hills to vist Rhonda (1 hours drive) and the famous white villages.
The village of Mijas is 15 minutes away with its beautiful views and picturesque resturants and why not have a ride on a donkey.
Sierra Neveda is only a 2 hour drive away.
Gibraltar is only a 40 minute drive away for duty free shopping, the famous monkeys and caves.
Selwo animal park is only 15 minutes away, Tivoli World and Sea Life a short drive to Benalmadena. Parque Acuatico at Mijas and a Aquapark in Torremolinos.
Restuarants, bars and supermarkets are only minutes away.
Atalaya Golf is within walking distance with Guadalmina golf only a few minutes drive away. This area is famous for it’s golf courses suitable for all levels of golf. Within 15 minutes drive you could be playing a round or two at Alhoa, Monte Mayor Golf Club, Flamingoa Golf, El Paraiso Golf club La Duquesa, Estepona Golf, La Brisas, Los Naranjos, La Qunita to name but a few or trying your hand at La Dama de Notche for nine holes at this night course.
For the non golfers there is plenty to do there are many beautiful beaches in the sorrunding areas. San Pedro with its long promenade and excellent beach bars and resturants is only a few minutes drive away. Estepona with its long stretch of beach and beautiful port is a 10 minute drive away and then you have the very fashionable beaches of Marbella and Puerto Banus only a 20 mintue drive away.
La Cartuja has 24 hours security guards at entrance and a small hotel with a resturant, bar and 3 communal swimming pools set amongst the tropical gardens and trees.
Our apartment is on the ground floor fully air conditioned (hot and cold) with 2 bedroom two bathroom set in beautiful landscaped gardens on the La Cartuja complex, off the Bena Havis Road less than a hours drive from Malaga airport.
It has its own west facing terrace which leads from the master bedroom and lounge which in turn leads out to the landscaped gardens.
The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher with a separate utlity room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed with separate wardrobe area leading through into the dressing area with 2 sinks and onto the bathroom comprising of a full size bath with shower, bidet and toilet.
The second bedroom has twin beds with built in wardrobes and en suite bathroom comprising of full size bath and shower, bidet and toilet.
The large lounge has an L shaped sofa which can convert into a sofa bed, fully working open fire, coffe table, TV and DVD player.
The dining area has a table to seat 8 people.
Car parking is right outside the front door.
Changeover prefer weekends but can be flexible.
Towels and linen provided.
