The property is furnished and decorated to a very high standard. As you enter the bright and roomy apartment, there is a fully fitted Kitchen, complete with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and ample storage cupboards with cooking and dining utensils. There is also a separate Utility Room which houses the washing machine.

The comfortable Lounge/Dining area is complete with a two beautiful leather sofas, one being a sofa bed, coffee table, dining table and 6 chairs.

The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, fitted wardrobes and a full ensuite Bathroom. The Second Bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes with a bath/shower next to it. There is a covered Terrace complete with garden furniture accessible from the Lounge.

The delightful Pool area is surrounded by beautiful Landscaped Gardens, streams and ponds. Just a stroll through these Gardens takes you to the Beach, where there is very attractive Promenade and two Chiringuitos (Beach Bars) "Pepes" and "La Antigua". The Urbanisation benefits from the exclusive beach front location with access to miles of clean sandy beaches. Rental prices are IN £stirling per week and include all linen (except beach towels). For rentals of two weeks or more, a change of linen is also included and we can provide you with a basic Welcome Pack for your convenience.

SPECIAL PRICES FOR LONG STAYS OF 4 WEEKS - LONGER STAYS CAN BE CONSIDERED.

We accept bookings for a minimum of 3 nights to accommodate golfers & weekend parties, with the exception of July and August where a 7 night booking is the minimum.

We are flexible and will try and accommodate you at the time you wish to arrive and depart. However due to apartment cleaning an extra days charge will incur if the apartment is not vacated before 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure. If your holiday overlaps the rental charge bands, the cost will be charged proportionally for the days in each band.

Deposits will be accepted in either £ Sterling or in Euros.
All bookings must be made with a deposit of £250 along with a Breakages Deposit of £100.
If booking less than 6 weeks before your holiday the Full Balance will be payable at the time of booking.
