The apartment is situated on a select development and has views over the Santa Maria Golf Course down to the Mediterranean. There are 3 pools on the development and all can be used. There is built in air conditioning and heating throughout the apartment.

The development has secure gates and closed underground parking. There are lifts from the garage level to the apartment. The apartment has an entry hall which leads into a lounge/dining room with seating area and a dining table that seats 6. There is a TV with satellite access giving the English channels. This room leads onto a large open terrace with views over the hills and down to the sea. The kitchen also leads off the entry hall and is fully equipped for your holiday, including washing machine and dish washer.

There are 3 bedrooms, the 2 on the first floor have en-suite bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom is on the entry level as is the 3rd, shared bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a large double bed and again has fitted wardrobes. The master also has a small private terrace.

Elviria is conveniently located 30 minutes from Malaga airport and a short drive from Marbella, Puerto Banus, Cabopino. The local beaches and beach restaurants are superb and just a short drive away. Elviria centre has a range of local bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

High Season Price : £700 per Week



A £150 security deposit is required for each booking and will be returned with in 14 days of the end of the rental provide the keys are returned and no damage has occurred.
