The two twin bedrooms have ample built in storage space and the master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom and doors to the balcony. In addition there is a further full bathroom.

There is 24 hour gated security and an allocated parking place.

The apartment is just a stone's throw from one of the best beaches in the area, Alicate Playa. Here you will find miles of safe, sandy beach and 2 very good beach bar/restaurants.

50% deposit secures with the balance due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. The simplest and safest method of payment is either via online transfer from your online account to mine or by an electronic transfer direct from your bank to mine. You can also pay by personal cheque or direct counter payment at any branch of the Abbey Bank, full details sent at the time of booking. You may also pay using paypal but unfortunately as a result of paypal´s charges to the recipient, they make none to the sender, this method incurs a 4% surcharge on all monies sent. However for visitors outside Europe this may still prove the best method.
