Vacation Rental Description

Our 3-bed garden apartment is in the corner plot of a new development (2005). It's set in a quiet residential area but only five minutes walk to the beach. A few more minutes walk brings you to the beautiful port of Puerto Cabopino with some delightful restaurants and bars. The area just beside the apartment was designated as a "national area of outstanding beauty" in 2006.

The apartment is only 15 minutes drive to both Marbella and Fuengerola. It is only 25 minutes from the airport.

There are quite a few restaurants and a supermarket in walking distance. The quiet port of Puerto Cabopino is with 10 minutes walk and it has about a dozen bars and restaurants.

Now some details about the interior of the apartment.

We have a large living/dining room to offer. The room is well equipped with two sofas, TV, DVD, Sony Playsation and CD Hi-Fi. There are plenty of DVDs to watch as well as X-Box games and books to enjoy.

The room wide patio windows open up to a large, wraparound terrace which gets the sun all day and well into the evening. However, there's always shady parts as well for a quick respite from the sun! The terrace has a dining table and easy chairs.

In addition, there is a private garden which is a great boon to families with young children.

There is a master, double bedroom with ensuite and two twin rooms. We can provide a cot, upon request.

The apartment is securely enclosed, with beautiful gardens. There is a beautiful, large swimming pool for your use and a separate toddler pool for our very young guests.

Our apartment is particulay suitable to couples and families who want a relaxing beachside holiday. It's great for those who prefer to have a quiet time but with the hustle and bustle of Marbella only fifteen minutes away.

Summary

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total (1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities). This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils. The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared select aspect swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

There is a security deposit of 150 Euros required that is returned within 14 days of the end of your trip; We charge a 80 euros for cleaning, linen and towels. This can be paid in advance or left, at the end of your stay. There is a nominal chare for Air conditioning (1 euro per 2 hours); A 20% deposit is required on booking with the balance to be paid within 8 weeks of your arrival; Cancellation Policy Up to 6 weeks before your arrival - deposit will be charged; Up to 3 weeks before your arrival - 50% will be charged; Less that 3 weeks before your arrival - 100% will be charged;
