Vacation Rental Description
A luxurious penthouse apartment situated on La Reserva De Marbella II adjacent to Las Chapas has panoramic views to the mountains, Mediterranean, North Africa and Gibraltar. Set in an exclusive private complex with beautiful landscaped tropical gardens, 2 large swimming pools, jacuzzi and childrens pool. The gardens have connecting ornamental streams, tumbling waterfalls and fountains providing a welcome distraction from the Costa del Sol heat. This spacious newly appointed first floor penthouse sleeps up to 6 people. Double glazed with full silent running hot/cold air-conditioning, individual controls in each bedroom and living area. The décor and fittings are designed to give our guests the feeling of stylish comfort. The apartment has a phone access system and lift/stairs from the secure underground parking and gardens.
The Manzana Suite has beautiful views over the tropical gardens and private pools. A new King Size bed with memory foam top of the range mattress, fully fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, mirror, plenty of drawer space and a full en-suite bathroom is part of this very spacious room.
The Andaluz Bedroom has twin beds, with new memory foam mattresses, fully fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinet, once again plenty of drawer space with a second adjacent full bathroom.
A separate fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, ample utensils, toaster, crockery and cutlery, iron / board and hairdryer and everything else you would expect in a high quality penthouse.
The living areas comprise a large living and dining room with high quality furniture and fittings and marble flooring. This includes a dining table and chairs for 6 people, and a buffet unit that contains various books and games. The lounge area has 2 new comfortable sofas, one of which can be converted to a double bed allowing six people to share this penthouse. It is equipped with TV, satellite, DVD and CD player/radio. This has two large sliding patio doors opening onto a quiet and peaceful south-east facing furnished terrace, giving wonderful views of the tropical gardens whilst you enjoy your lazy breakfast.
This gives access to the large solarium roof terrace that has sunshine all day with wonderful sea and mountain views from all sides. There are spectacular views of Gibraltar and North Africa. It is equipped with pergola, sun awning, table, chairs, sun-loungers and brick barbeque for the sunshine life and evening meals watching the shimmering lights of Gibraltar.
A very short car ride or a stroll away is the delightful Marina of Puerto Cabopino and beautiful beaches. Affordable restaurants, beach bars and of course the motorboats and yachts can be found here. The sandy beaches, rated the best on the Costa, are gently sloping and ideal for families and children.
Although within easy walking distance to quality restaurants and a small supermarket, for your further enjoyment and to experience all that the Costa del Sol has to offer a car is recommended. Superb new shopping Malls within 7 minutes at Fuengirola and Marbella, which include multi-screen cinemas and 10-pin bowling. Golf at Cabopino, Miraflores, Santa Maria and many others are within easy reach.
All the family can also enjoy the large and varied activities and attractions on the Costa del Sol, all within easy access including Sea World, Tivoli World, water parks, Granada, experience riding the beautiful Andalucian Horses or enjoy their display with music and dressage.
Our personal “Best of” Guide is in the apartment to help you discover some of the delights of the Costa del Sol day and night. WIFI access is available which is paid locally to the provider.
Our on-site management team will meet you, and help with anything to make your stay more enjoyable. High chair and cots can be arranged.
Facilities
The private Community has manned security barriers to ensure your privacy and peace of mind during your holiday. Secure underground parking with your own personal space is available for your use at no extra charge. If you require a cot or highchair this can be arranged with my on-site Manager. To help you relax with young children I have a child safety gate for the Solarium, so your youngsters can play whilst you relax.
Activities
Why not visit the nearby towns of Puerto Banus and Marbella ? All the family can also enjoy the large and varied activities and attractions on the Costa del Sol, all within easy access including Sea World, Tivoli World, water parks, Granada, experience riding the beautiful Andalucian Horses or enjoy their display with music and dressage.
For those who prefer some culture, Malaga has an abundance in its Cathedral, Alacazaba Fortress dated 1065, and various museums. Granada is a little further afield with the Alhambra Palace built by the Moors and the Sierra Nevada Mountains are ideally situated for skiing, walking and climbing.

If you are paying in Pounds Sterling please contact the Owner for a price. Bed linen, bath towels are included in the rates, a refundable deposit of £100 or 150 Euros is required to cover excess cleaning, breakages or loss of keys. Please supply your own beach towels. Sorry but no pets, and for your comfort it is a no smoking penthouse internally. No minimum stay, and discounts for early, late booking and extended periods, please contact me for details. No specific change over day, with check in 15.00 and check out 10.00, maybe changed with agreement to suit your flights / arrival time. Non-refundable deposit of 30% to secure your holiday is required. Balance, security deposit to be paid 8 weeks before arrival or by arrangement when arrival date is within this period.

Can I thank you very much for the care and attention you have put into the Penthouse, very beautiful, and the recent refurbishment and furniture / beds made it even better than the first time we were on holiday in the property.
It is agreat location and Anne was the to meet us which is really appreciated as other property owners do not do this 'meet and greet'
The gardens are fantasitc and walking around the footpaths with two beautiful pools and the jacuzzi meant it was really relaxing time for all the family.
Taking in the views to either mountains or to the sea from the terraces made it special and I can highly recommend the complex and penthouse for couples, families young and old alike.
We all can't wait to come again next year.
A car is not required, and the near-by bar / restaurant and small shop were ideal. We hired a car to make sure we could visit all the beaches, restaurants and tourist attractions on the Costa.

We would like to thank you for the great standard of the Penthouse and the holiday was fantastic. The condo / penthouse was beautiful and excellent quality throughout. Tropical gardens, swimming pools and jacuzzi were enjoyed by all the family. Having meals looking down to the sea and Gibraltar was a special time we will not forget.
The new beds gave a great nights sleep, and with the Wifi we could keep in touch with our business and friends.
Can't wait to come back again, and we have recommended it to our friends when they come to Europe.

We want to thank you for a great holiday. We absolutely loved the apartment, the peaceful outdoor area and the kidsfriendly pool, and the indoor garage was a big plus.
We try out different areas and apartments in southern Spain each year, and I must say that your penthouse met almost every demand we have and is on the top of our list. What we got was
- A large apartment
- A roof terrace
- An indoor garage
- A protected area
- A large outdoor area
- A kids friendly pool
- A shop and restaurant close by
- A very peaceful area
And along with all this we found ourselves smack in the middle of every thinkable amusement. Restaurants, bars, shopping malls, beaches, animal- and aqua parks, water worlds, markets…..well u name it! All in a reasonable driving range.
Another big plus was the welcome we got from the apartment keeper! We couldn’t have gotten a more positive and smiling welcome and the “ill do what is in my power to make your holiday as pleasant as possible” attitude really boosted out holiday,
So thank you very much Anne, u made our day after a long flight.
All in all we had a wonderful holiday and we will be coming back in the future.

From the moment we arrived with a great welcome from your on-site managemnt team who told us all about the Penthouse and area, it was really nice. All attractions, golf courses and Marbella are near to the property, and we could relax in the beautiful gardens and pools that surround the property. The jaccuzi was excellent and all the family enjoyed the ambiance in the wonderful gardens with nice temperatures even in Feb.
Wonderful views from the large terraces made the evenings special for us. Everything we wanted were available from satellite TV, Sky, DVD etc etc and the standard of furnishings are top quality.
