Situated directly on the Costa del Sol, only 150 meters from the beach, you will be delighted with this perfect setting, surrounded by sea and nature. A beautiful area, which is very well connected to the highways, motorways and the airports of Malaga and Gibraltar. The attractive architecture stands out for its elegance and design, with attention to quality and detail inspired by the traditional Andalusian style.

The apartments are located in the heart of the famous Costa del Sol, surrounded by over 50 Golf Courses between Malaga and Sotogrande. Amongst them the well-known Valderrama Golf Club, where 1997 the exiting Ryder Cup took place. In this European Golf Mecca the golfer will find everything his wishes requires. The golf courses reflect the various landscapes of Andalusia, some drawn picturesque into the mountains, others alongside the Mediterranean Sea and some with the inland park character Las Brisas from the world famous course designer Robert Trent Jones. On this course already five Spanish Opens and two World Cups have been played.
The Los Flamingos Golf Course is situated closest to the apartments (see the one on virtual tour). On this course the European Senior Tour hosted already twice the last tournament of each season.
With the exceptional mild weather of the Andalusia region golf can be played all year around. Evan over Christmas time playing in short sleeve shirts is most usual.

Built to the highest specification these 2 and 3 bedroom luxury apartments and penthouses are surrounded by mature tropical gardens and pools. Each apartment sleeps four or six, at least 120m² built, featuring fully fitted kitchen, TV, alarm, large living room and terrace areas, en suite bath in each bedrooms, Jacuzzi in the 3 bedrooms apartments, Air conditioning and heating throughout and secure underground parking. Each bedroom has a hugh bathroom all en suite with bath. Luxury kitchen with all facilities for SELF CATERING. All terraces are south orientated overlooking the garden or pool.
