Low Season Price : €870
High Season Price : €1200 per Week

RENTAL PERIOD: minimum stay one week. Rates included electricity, water, bedlinen, 1 set of towels per person. Air conditioning extra coin box (3 hours = 1Euro). Jacuzzi use Euro 100,- per week. Final cleaning Euro 100,-. Small pets allowed: Euro 30,- per week. Wireless or cable Internet Euro 25,- per week. Deposit to secure the booking 50% by bank transfer. The rest of 50% is to be paid one month prior arrival by bank transfer. To pay cash at arrival a the refundable breakage deposit of Euro 400,- to the key holder that will be returned on departure if no damage.
