This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom ground floor apartment is north facing with evening sun through the lounge and kitchen The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with super king sized double bed. Fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. A small breakfast bar leads through into the lounge/dining area with table and chairs, a double sofa bed and an armchair. Patio doors lead from the lounge onto the large terrace where you can sit and relax on the patio furniture and admire the wonderful views overlooking the gardens, pool, beach and also sea views.
The complex comprises of fully equipped self contained studio, 1 and 2 bed apartments with sun terraces facing out into the beautifully landscaped gated gardens with large swimming pool and separate children´s pool. Guests have direct access from the gardens through to a lovely sandy beach where they can enjoy a refreshing drink and freshly caught seafood at the beach bar located a few steps from the pool area. From Don Juan Beach Resort the sandy beach stretches all the way to Estepona in the East and Sotogrande in the West.
All apartments have a sofa bed to accommodate 2 extra guests, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, air conditioning and heating throughout and a lounge and dining area with patio doors through to the terrace for alfresco dining.

Visitors to the complex have the advantage of being located within a stone´s throw of some of best golf courses the Costa del Sol has to offer such as Finca Cortesin. All local amenities can be found in Sabinillas located just 2 minutes drive away. Traditionally a fishing village, Sabinillas has grown in recent years to a small town offering shops, banks, supermarkets and a variety of buzzing little traditional Spanish bars serving tapas and montaditos (small tapas served on bread). It has a clean sandy beach backed by a lovely promenade where you can find great fish restaurants and bars.
Situated in the western part of the Costa del Sol, sometimes known as "the other Costa del Sol" as it retains much of its unspoilt scenery and authentic Spanish character,Don Juan is within easy reach of Gibraltar for a day trip to see the monkeys on the rock, or for some tax free shopping.
