Vacation Rental Description
Coast/Beach Puerto Duquesa has beaches suitable for families, only 5 minutes drive away. Nearby Sabinillas and Estepona have a number of beaches 
Golf: Less than 5 minutes drive from Duquesa golf club and within 30 minutes drive, many more golf courses. 
Tennis is available at the Bel Air Tennis club (20 mins drive) and the Duquesa Golf Club (5 mins). There is a paddle tennis court at Duquesa Village. 
Children will love the nearby water park in Algeciras and safari park near Estepona. 
Travel Malaga airport is a 45-60 minute drive away and Gibraltar airport is a 30 minutes drive. 
Distances: This is a good location from which to visit many parts of southern Spain and take a trip to North Africa. Puerto Banus and Marbella are within a 20-30 minute drive away. There are also many more delightful Spanish villages/towns on this coastline worth a visit, such as Casares, Estepona, San Pedro and Sotogrande all within a 30 minute drive. 
Further details Puerto Duquesa has a supermarket, shops, many restaurants and bars. Monte Duquesa Square is a 12 minute walk from apartment and has a wine bar, internet café and a couple of good restaurants and shops. Nearby Sabinillas has a supermarket and shops. Carrefour in Estepona is a very large supermarket and worth a visit for the fish counter alone. 
 
Bed linen, tea towels and towels provided. All changed weekly. Apartment is cleaned before arrival and weekly. Please bring your own beach towels. 
Large lounge/dining room with patio doors to the balcony. Sky TV, DVD, and CD player. 3 and 2 seater leather sofas, coffee tables, dining table and 6 chairs. 
Long balcony that can be accessed by patio doors from master bedroom and lounge. Table and 4 chairs. 
Hob, cooker, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, granite work surfaces. Well equipped with all cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and glassware provided. 
Ensuite to master bedroom, jacuzzi bath/shower, bidet, basin, wc. 
2nd Bathroom with shower, basin and wc. 
Master Bedroom 2 twin beds/double, fitted wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, patio doors to balcony. 
Bedroom 2, twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside table and lamp. 
 
Approx 2 and 1/2 hours drive to the Sierra Nevada ski resort. 
 
Malaga airport is a 50-60 minute drive and Gibraltar airport approx. a 30 minute drive away. 
 
There is a paddle tennis court available next to the pool in Duquesa Village and tennis is availabele at the nearby Duquesa Golf Club and at the Bel Air Tennis Club (approx 20 mins drive away. There is a water park in Algeciras and safari park in Estepona. The beaches are numerous on this coastline and the nearest are at Duquesa.

Balcony has far reaching hill and sea views. 12 minute walk to attractive Monte Duquesa square with a wine bar and couple of restaurants and shops. 5 minutes drive to the marina at Duquesa with its restaurants, bars, family beaches and golf course. This apartment is on 2nd floor with a balcony and sleeps 4. Jacuzzi bath, elevators and 3 sparkling pools. There are two internet shops nearby.

    When a request for booking is made we will hold the apartment pending receipt of the booking deposit, 15% of the total cost, (5-7 days). Balance payable within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque. Bookings for less than a week or longer than 2 weeks are available and the latter will be discounted.
