This luxury, modern apartment is about 30 minutes from Gibraltar Airport and 60 minutes from Malaga Airport. Air conditioned and beautifully furnished with balcony. Swimming pools on site including one directly outside the apartment. For the golfer it is conveniently situated next to La Duquesa Golf and Country Club. There are two bathrooms - one with Jacuzzi bath. It is fully equipped with TV, DVD, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric cooker, drying rack, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. There is underground garage parking.  
 
It is close many attractions including the Rock of Gibraltar, Marbella, Malaga, Ronda and Mijas. You can explore the beautiful coast or visit the mountains. A day trip can be made to the fabulous Alhambra Place in Granada. It is suitable for family holidays and for those looking for a quiet and peaceful location. It is also ideally placed for golfing holidays. Duquesa Village is close to the picturesque port of La Duquesa which hosts a range of restaurants including French, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Thai and of course Spanish cuisine with its fresh and local fish. 
 
There are a number of supermarkets and local shops in Duquesa and nearby Sabinillas.

The balance will be due a month before the start of the holiday. A further deposit of £100 is payable with the balance in case of damages. This will be returned to you (less any damages) following an inspection of your apartment after departure. Long-term winter rents £900 per month. Special Offer - February and March 2011 - only £200! Changeover day Flexible changeover day. Earliest arrival time 3pm and latest departure time 11am. Minimum booking period is 3 days.
