Situated on the ground floor Semi-subsoil with no views from the window but excellent views to the mountain from the common terrace.

The villa where the apartment is located includes terraces in different levels, and has been constructed in an Andalusian style. Located in Cerrado de Calderón, one of the best residential districts of Malaga City with excellent views to the mountain and the sea. It is a calm zone surrounded by pines, where you can relax hearing the singing of the birds. With parking just at the door, which is very complicated and expensive in the centre of Malaga.

Hints and Tips- Malaga communicated by bus, train and plane, is ideal for visiting Granada, Cordoba and Seville. Madrid is 02:30 Hours time by train. Nearest Golf courses 12 km. away, 10 min driving. Lots of beautiful villages in the surrounding. Picasso birthplace. Picasso museum. Mozarabic Alcazaba. Cathedral. Pubs, Tapas bars. Good restaurants with international dishes.
There are different beaches, the nearest one is 900 m. away (LOS BAÑOS DEL CARMEN BEACH). To the west in the way to Malaga centre is the MALAGUETA BEACH. To the East is PEDREGALEJO BEACH with many restaurant, bars and pubs. From any bar sitting in the terrace you can taste traditional dishes lake PAELLA and PESCAITO FRITO with excellent views of Malaga Bay.

Means of access; The Airport is to about 14 km. You can take a taxi that costs from 20 to 25 Euros. By bus until the terminal of the centre, and from the centre another bus, the number 33 to Cerrado de Calderón. The train station, and interurban bus station are 5 km. away, and a taxi from the apartment costs about 10 Euros.
