Vacation Rental Description
This historic apartment is on the first floor of a 120 year old building which has recently been renovated and decorated in the Colonial style. It is situated right in the historic centre of Malaga near the Picasso museum, Cathedral, Alcazaba castle and other places of interest. It is only a 10 minute walk to the beach and the bus and train station. Shops, restaurants and bars are all close by. It has two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, sleeping 4 people. There is one bathroom and a lounge/dining room with TV showing Spanish channels.there is a internet wireless acces and phone free. The apartment has central heating and has a fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, freezer and microwave. There is a washing machine and iron available. All linen and towels are provided but guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. The apartment has five balconies whit flowers. Children are welcome and smokers are allowed but are asked to consider other guests and to smoke only on the balconies. 
If you want we can pick up you in the airport or in the train station. Is possible to rent a parking near the apartment.

    • The museun picasso is 10 min by walk and the cathedral, castel and the other museum. The train and de bus estation that conect wiht sevilla, Granada, Cordova or Madrid is 5 min by walk. There are a lot of golf in a 5km radius. Is possible make sailing very close, etc There are 2 gym 2 and 5 min by walk.

    The deposit is pay by transfer bank or paypal. This is 200 euros or 400 euros. When you arrive you have to pay the rent in cahs. CANCELLATION POLICY: If you have to cancel your holiday.The cancellation charges are as follows: 10 -12 weeks: 50% of rate refunded, 8 -6 weeks: 25% of rate refunded, less than 5 weeks: no refund, unless we are able to re-book any time up to the holiday, in which case we will refund your deposit (less admin charge of 75 euro). We strongly advise holidaymakers to take out insurance to cover any cancellation costs.
