This is a fantastic property, only a couple of minutes walk from a clean, wide ,sandy beach and a great selection of reasonably priced bars and restaurants of all types of cuisine. Comfortably sleeps 10 people (excluding small children as there is plenty of room for cots) with many single beds for split parties. The rear of the Villa has a large twin bedroom (en-suite) that leads onto a terrace. The kitchen is well fitted and suitable for large parties. At the side of the property are two further terraces with shade to enjoy those warm balmy nights whilst sipping wine or dining Al fresco. The gate on the side wall leads to the pool area which has a classical design with monumental fountain water features. To the front of the property is a garden (grassed area) for the children, secured by gates. The living room is spacious, comfortable and light with full width Georgian bay windows. The entrance leads both to the living room, second bedroom and master bedroom. The second bedroom (twin) also leads onto a small terrace. The master bedroom is very spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and en-suite shower room .This bedroom has a private terrace to take breakfast or a final glass of wine before bed . The villa also has a separate apartment with two twin bedrooms, shower area and kitchenette. In the grounds you will have a BBQ area to enjoy outdoor cooking in the sunshine.

Deposit of 25% of rental charge due on booking (by credit card) along with Booking Form to secure reservation. Balance must be paid eight weeks prior to arrival. Refundable breakages deposit of 250euros required at the same time; to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Due to the high maintenance costs, the villa is only booked on a minimum of a week basis but we are happy to accept bookings of any combination of days or weeks after this. Should you require additional cleaning or laundry or maid service during your stay it is vital that u let us know at the time of booking and this service is very popular and will need to be scheduled.
