This modern villa is our home and is maintained and furnished as such for you to enjoy.On entering Jacaranda through electronically controlled gates you encounter a shaded carport area. This then leads to the pool (with shallow end for children) with terraces and gardens and BBQ area. The main part of the villa is on one level. There is a lovely entrance hall in the villa leading to a spacious lounge and dining area, this and the master bedroom have large patio doors leading onto a south facing terrace with super coastal views.The lounge has a lovely feature open fireplace with log burning stove, for those cooler winter evenings.The lower level has a seperate apartment with double bed, shower room and kitchen and lounge areas.The property is double glazed and has airconditioning/heating in all bedrooms, lounge and dining room and the apartment.The bathrooms are modern and fully tiled. The kitchen has all fascilities and an American sized fridge/freezer .All in all an ideal home from home.
